Is this flour completely sourced from Italian farms? If not, is it possible the wheat was grown using glysophate (roundup)?

If you go to polselli.it there is a technical schedule Thant can be downloaded. Europe has strict restrictions on the use of glyphosate and I do know that their ‘bio’ line is even more heavily controlled, but am unsure if the VIVACE is certified. One thing I can say though that it beats American flours hands down. Pliable and much easier to use when making breads and pasta fresh.

This is by far the best flour that I have ever used. It’s great for pizza, bread, cookies etc. I am sure that it will be absolutely wonderful for your Panettones.
