Genuine Leather RFID Blocking Men's Wallet & Skinny Card Holder. Best Gift Set

After a friend of mine dealt with identity theft, I had the chance to learn more about RFID blocking products. I loved that this set seemed to match classic leather style with modern security.What I liked about this product:- The packaging is beautiful. As far as presentation for a gift set goes, the company did a great job designing this.- Both the wallet and travel wallet are of wonderful quality. The leather is slim, but not cheap by any means. The edges of the leather are well stitches and finished.- The leather has such a soft feel to it. I get the impression that this will even get better over time.- The lining fabric is just as sturdy as the leather.- The company is named after Medieval hauberk chain mail. Yeah, I know that’s no really about the wallet itself but dang the history buff part of me just really thinks that’s cool!What I disliked about this product:- I really couldn’t find anything about the wallet set that I didn’t like.Overall, did this product meet my expectations or needs?- Heck yeah! This set is awesome.How this product could be better:- The only thing that could make this set better is if the company offered a matching women’s wallet set with a coin purse. The men’s set is already so pretty though.In the interest of full disclosure, I want to share with you that I did receive this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. The wallet arrived quickly and in a nice box suitable for giving. One of the best things about buying a new wallet is cleaning out all of the junk that has collected since my last wallet upgrade. There is plenty of room in the wallet left to expand. It has a nice finish and plenty of room to keep my six primary bank/credit cards, ID's and frequently used membership cards. I do like having two different long sections to separate cash from receipts, etc. Overall, I'm very pleased with the wallet. It is difficult to know how well the RFID blocking feature works, but I expect it works as advertised. With all of the newly mandated chip credit cards, I at least feel like I'm doing my due diligence to protect the information contained on the chips. The RFID lining does crinkle a bit, but I usually cannot hear it over ambient noise at checkouts.This wallet is a bit different in that when it is opened, the inner layer is shorter along the length of the wallet than the middle layer which is shorter than the outer layer. While this makes holding the wallet open a bit more difficult, it really helps the wallet stay closed and provides a nice clean fold in the center. It fits well into all of my pockets used over the last month or so.It is a very clean looking, functional wallet and I would recommend it to those seeking a new wallet with RFID protection.

You will notice the quality of this wallet before you even see it! It arrives in a thick, sturdy, nice box with elegant and attractive silver letters on the top, giving the immediate impression that you have purchased or been gifted a high quality item. The wallet and card holder are individually wrapped in delicate tissue paper and sealed in an easy to open plastic bag.Both the wallet and the card holder appear to be made from very nice leather that is oiled and shiny. They both feel strong and sturdy in your hand and well-made. The stitching is very well done, and I did not notice any imperfections whatsoever on either item.I actually got this wallet for the card holder portion, to organize my driver license, various cards, and cash inside my purse. I had previously (for the past 10 years or so) been using different business card holders, which got the job done, but this solution is 100 times better! The top portion of the card holder is a slot with a clear cover. It is large, with ample space. I easily slipped my DL into the slot and it looks great, not obstructed on any sides. It's also not overly tight, so it's easy to remove the DL any time I need to. Really perfect! I slipped another card behind the DL and was still able to remove both cards easily, and it did not add much bulk to the holder.The bottom portion of the card holder has 3 slots for cards. I filled the 2 lower ones first and they work well, if a bit tight. The tops of the cards stick out a bit (just like the product picture shows), so it's easy to see which cards are which and easy to grasp each card for removal. When I slipped a card into the upper-most slot, I was surprised when it went all the way in, with no portion sticking up. It was a very tight fit and the card was very difficult to get a grip on and retrieve from the slot. That makes the slot essentially useless for cards that you expect to use often. This is really my only complaint about the whole wallet/card holder combo. I suppose you could use that area to store items that you want in your wallet but very rarely access. I tried cash in there as well, and I guess it would work, but I prefer to fold my cash once and just keep it loose in the middle of the folded holder (that's what I've been doing with business card holders for years and it works well for me).I gave the wallet part to my husband, who was in desperate need of a new wallet. It fits his essentials perfectly and caused him to slim down on the cards and misc stuff that he doesn't actually need to tote around in his wallet all the time. The ID portion is great for his DL and the card slots work great for his cards (and the tops do stick up so you can easily grab them). There's also an extra space behind the card slots for storing whatever you feel should be stored.Even when full, the wallet maintains a slim profile and it looks attractive and elegant, not overly stuffed and bursting at the seams. It fits nicely in my hubby's back pocket without a huge profile (like his previous over-stuff wallet). I think it is wonderful!I do not have an easy way to test the RFID blocking technology, so I can't comment on that aspect of these items.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my unbiased review. My husband and I both really needed these items and we're both very happy with them!Overall, the wallet and card holder are both extremely well made, strong, sturdy, and we expect them to last many years! The seller also sent us a kind email after we ordered that was friendly and engaging, offering there help with whatever we needed and checking in to see that the ordering process was going smoothly. They also said they would check in soon to see how we liked the product. It was a nice touch and they seem like nice people. They come across like a small, family operation that cares about the quality of their product and the satisfaction of their customers. I have the impression that they would handle any issues with professionalism and that they would strive to rectify any problems.

It was a present for my Dad for Christmas. He asked for a slim and simple wallet, and he asked for one of those "as seen on TV' cards that protects his credit cards. I did some research and found this would take care of both needs. Why add another card when the wallet will do what we need it to? It's a decent looking wallet, great price, and has the slots and window I needed. I spent about 2 hours looking at other options and reading reviews before buying it. My dad is quite pleased with it.
