I am thrilled to say that i made another batch of egg cups this weekend and the eggs popped right out of the pan and it wiped clean very easily! although i bought it to make the egg cups, i will definitely use it for muffins and cupcakes in the future Review: Wonderful product. I use it to make egg-white veggie ... - Wonderful product. I use it to make egg-white veggie bites, which stick so badly to other surfaces regardless of how much I grease the cups (which sort of defeats the whole purpose of Healthy eating) Pros - easy to use and easy to clean. Soaking does all the work. Cons: they are very light and I use a flat metal baking tray (the standard oven ones) for support. Once you put the backing mixture in the cups you won’t be able to move the silicone tray without spills, but if you put the silicon tray on a sturdy baking tray first then everything works wonderfully. I highly recommend this product.

Perfect for a posh kitchen!
Pros- Vibrant color teal - perfect for any posh kitchen! Non-stick so there was no need to use baking cups or cooking spray. This muffin pan is super easy to clean, To my surprise there was NO silicone and NO plastic odor during or after baking (I was worried about this as I had used a different brand and I thought it smelled like melting plastic) The muffins come out so easily and were perfectly cooked. I was also surprised that no adjustment in cooking time was needed. The boxed muffins said 14 minutes and they took 14 minutes. I used the directions according to the "non stick" pan time-frame for baking and it was perfect! Cons-Flimsy, thus difficult to put in and out of the oven. I made the mistake of trying to put in in the oven without something underneath and spilled some of the mixture. On my second attempt I smartened up and put a cookie sheet underneath which worked like a charm. I don't know how it would hold up to the dishwasher and I don't dare even try, then again all it needed was a simple wipe as no residue was even left behind.

Firm silicone pan with little floppiness!
These pans are wonderful. I have another silicone cupcake pan and it's very floppy. I have a hard time getting the pan in and out of the oven without making a huge mess, unless I place it on a cookie sheet, which then interferes with the cooking time. These, while still silicone, are more firm, and much less likely to flop around and spill batter all over creation. foods pop right out once done cooking, no need to use cooking spray or other oils to prevent sticking. I sometimes also use paper liners for when we are making cupcakes/muffins for parties, and this holds the shape of the liners fine with no issues. Overall, excellent product, very happy with these!

Less Mess and Less Hassle
I was looking for a replacement from an aliminum muffin pan. I have been using silicon for several things lately so decided to give these a try. These pans are absolutely wonderful and I wish I had gotten them sooner. You don't need to butter or oil them or use any muffin liners. The muffins just pop right on out with no mess or trying to scrape, if you didn't had enough oil. I feel like the muffins cook easier in this too and clean up is a breeze and you don't have to ever worry about it rusting from one too many dishwasher trips. Also this is so easy to store. It is a safer, easier alternative to aliminum or non stick bakeware.

Seems not comparable with other silicone cookware I've used
I've used and own a few pieces of silicone cookware so I have some experience, this seems different in a few key ways. First, it has a plasticy aroma that silicone generally does not have. Silicone is stable and inert (thus no smell) which is why it's a good choice for cookware. Second, I baked a batch of muffins, used paper liners. A little batter spilled onto the upper rim of the silicone and when I tried to remove it after, it left a brown, burned stain. I baked the muffins at 375, not at all hot enough to cause that discoloration and every piece of silicone cookware I have resists stains very well, no matter what. I have SilPat pan liners that I've used dozens of times in a hot oven, and not a single stain. One light use and these are already stained. That tells me that it is not pure silicone, it has some additives or impurities that make it smell and cause minor spills to burn on and stain. That calls into question the safety of whatever blend of materials they used to make them. I trust pure silicone cookware, I do not trust these muffin pans.

Very nice baking pans at a good price.
Just made some blueberry muffins in the large 12 cup muffin pans. They browned nicely and best of all they popped out without sticking. I was worried about them sticking since I didn’t grease or oil the cups. There was no problem and hardly any cleanup. I have used the mini or 24 Muffin pan for fat Bombs. They were the perfect size. So glad I was able to order both pans in one order. Great price also.

Silicone muffin pans are the best!
I have been using these muffin/ cupcake pans for at least a month now. My baked goods slide right out if you let them cool a bit. So much superior to papers or greasing metal pans. I just set them on a small cookie sheet for stability and so my batter doesn’t shift out of the silicone because it’s so flexible. I like these even better than the individual silicone liners because I am required to keep track of each one of them and lost one of the mini muffin ones the first use.
