Must have at all times in all places
My Purchased by count is incorrect bc I buy direct and thru other sources. Once your skin adjusts to the heavy formula you are hooked forever. Your fine lines disappear, your pores are nonexistent bc everything has worked it's way out! If they discontinued this, I'd cry. The Rich Cream by Augustinus B is better but they are both must haves, they are my entire regime.

This was horrible!!!
I wish I could return this, but I don't have the packaging anymore. It must have been sitting around somewhere for years! When I opened it, water-like liquid came pouring out. The 'cream' was in a big lump in the center of the little jar, so thick and condensed it can't be spread. I've used many other Eve Lom items for years, but this was definitely defective!!

Excellent moisturizer
I have dry skin which I take care of regularly. This is the first moisturizer I have used in years that does what it says it will do. I love it and will definitely continue to use it and purchase.

one of my favorite moisturizers EVER!
It’s one of my favorite moisturizers EVER! I am addicted to it. Tried to come off it to go to radiance lift cream but my skin became so dry. Mind you I don’t have dry skin normally. But the heater in the winter times can wreak havoc to any skin, or going to cold and dry states such as Colorado. I didn’t have any issues with Amazon selling separated products.

Eve Lom products usually better
Have been using Eve Lom products for a long time and love them. Not so much with this TLC cream. I found it too thick and feels quite heavy. Returned it.

This product is a dream!!! It provides excellent moisture without feeling too heavy or greasy. It gives my dry skin just the right amount of hydration without making me oily. It smells, feels and is packaged so luxuriously. I will never use another moisturizer!!

There is something wrong with this cream
This has got to be a bad batch, and expired batch, or a counterfeit product. I just finished up my previous jar of TLC cream purchased from a local retail store. Opened this one tonight expecting same creamy lovely thick product only to find a lumpy mass of white inside the jar that won't even stick to my finger when I touch it. It literally just leaves a clear sheen (the cream seems to have separated into water and cream as there is clear liquid pooling on top of the lumpy white part) and slides right off. I am so stunned having just touched the real product which as far as I'm concerned is a miracle product. Please, please refund my money!!

Love this moisturizer. I live in the desert and I am out in the sun playing tennis and it really helps make my skin not feel so tight.

I'll keep using it, my skin likes it.
I love eve lom products and the tlc was always my favourite, however it's either changed ingredients or this is watered down. The last one I had was thick and it felt like my skin needed it but this is a more lotion consistency. Don't get me wrong it's still good but quality isn't as good. Plus a big air pocket made the jar seem half full.
