NOTICE: The mounting tabs are tiny and might not provide what you expect
You are probably considering this product because of the mounting tabs. You should know that the diameter of these mounting tabs are tiny, accommodating at most a #4 diameter screw. The provided screws are very short: 1/2 inch, leaving only 1/4 inch protrusion into the mounting surface. This is likely to work (barely) if mounting via careful hand screwing into a wood surface - not drywall. Also it isn't easy finding long-enough #4 screw (none long-enough at Home Depot; Ace Hardware caries individual 1-1/2" #4 screws; Amazon caries some #4 screws, but in large quantity packages). This product is otherwise fine, but the distinguishing feature are the easily accessible mounting tabs, which are probably not the solution you're expecting. I ended-up mounting on drywall with Velcro-like 3M Command Strips, augmenting with separately-purchased 1-1/2" #4 screws - 2 into drywall and 2 into drywall/stud. The tiny tabs required more effort than expected, and not as secure as hoped.Vendor: The tabs should be solid - front and back (currently not entirely solid in the back) - and the hole should accommodate at least a #6 or #8 screw.

Loved it.... until...
OK. I loved this today when I got it. Cord was definitely long enough and very thick and strong. Unit was attractive and well made. Liked the green light for protective & regular light for power. Now the cons (for me) though they may not be cons for others. The plug was barely angled so didn't allow anything else to use the outlet. Then came the deal breaker for me, and I know it's probably partly my fault. I read everything before buying anything but nothing raised a red flag. I'm a nurse, not a handyman or electrician. I went to plug in my lamp, and 2 other things, none of which fit. I realized these items were 2 pronged, but they fit well into the other, $13.00, 3 pronged unit I also received today. Ive always been able to do that. I went back and reread the information and I did see that it mentioned grounded outlets and I admit I didn't know what that meant. Most of the things I need to plug in aren't 3 pronged & even though the USB ports were fine, I'm not keeping it to charge my phone and desk fan. Seems like this should have worked. Back to searching for another unit that will fit my needs and has the safety elements this one had! Very disappointed!

Well Made and Wired Correctly
This power strip is well made and wired correctly. I have found recently that some power strips (Mobite) do not have all the outlets wired correctly! This is a problem for devices with a polarized plug, as the hot and neutral wires are reversed. I had two Mobites that were both wired incorrectly but this Trond unit is top notch. All the outlets are correct with the wide slot being the neutral and the narrow slot containing the hot wire. You can either buy a $5 polarity checker to test this, or with a voltmeter. This Trond unit is not only well made but the addition of the hold down tabs at each corner is a really great improvement over having to use double sided tape.

A problem solved using this
I needed more outlets in my bathroom and therefore went with an power strip to solve it. However, I wanted to secure the strip out of sight and onto the side of the vanity. This was the ONLY product I could find with purpose built attachment points. All the others had the not so secure holes in the back that you slide the strip onto. This had four holes where bolts or screws could be used.I was able to bolt this to the side of my vanity and with some others pieces created a dedicated charging and outlet point for everything that is used in the bathroom. The flat plug was also a must and to have both that and the holes in one product was a win. It appears solidly made and charges everything we need.

Best power strip ever!
Super thick and high quality cord. Trond’s USB power has always been the best on power strips / surge protector. If you want full amperage, trust these guys. Don’t go to Walmart or somewhere else stupid. THESE surge protectors are worth the money. Plus easy mounting! Love them and use them everywhere in the house.

Excellent design and top quality feel!
So far it's holding up well, the supplied screws are about 5/8" are a #6 size and when you put the screws on the power strip mounting holes the screw length reduces to 1/2" you can buy longer screws if you need a slightly longer length just remember to add a 1/8" extra length to the screw to include the gap from the mounting holes to the surface you are planning on installing this on.For my application it worked great, I needed a power strip that could mount underneath my computer desk very securely with strong connection outlets, this device Does NOT disappoint! It worked 100% for what I needed it for, I did have to get creative to mount the 14 gauge power cable underneath my desk but a few zip ties and additional mounting hardware from home depot did the trick!Hopefully my pictures can help with you decide on buying one for your set up. My only regret was not finding out about this company sooner, however I still used my other power strip for another project. From now on I will be using this product instead. They offer more power outlet versions in the same style with the 4 mounting points. The power cable plug is facing in a right side angle which means it would need to be plugged to an outlet that is on the left side of your devices or desk etc, or you can use a 14 gauge or 12 gauge power cord extension if you need more length like I did and plug your power strip to that this way you won't have to worry about the angle issue.

Good Strip But Can’t Mount to Wall With Provided Hardware
I like the setup of the strip itself but I have two issues that keep me from a 5 star review. First, the screws provided for the wall mount are so short they are unusable (see picture). This will not stay on the wall with these screws without anything plugged in, let alone when you are trying to add/remove plugs to the strip. Second, there is no rotation to the angled plug that goes into the wall outlets so there is no versatility there.

High pitch noise.
Been using this for months now and there’s a constant high pitched noise that’s pretty quiet. But whenever I’m using the USB ports, especially to charge my phone it’s become incredibly loud and annoying. I’m looking for something else and will be getting rid of this.

Great.
I screwed it in to a out of the way corner of my desk and for a guy who can't stand un-organized cables it's great. really helps cable management. I'm happy with the max wattage being what it is and 5 outlets is the sweet spot for my desk setup. It leaves me with one free one. The outlet connectors are really tight so so you can't slide things into the outlets, but I see that as a gain because it will hold any big transformers easily if mounted on a wall. This one is a more permanent addition to whatever you screw it to hence the screws. Only gripe I have is that the reset switch is flimsy and can a tad too easily be turned of. Not a big problem for me tho as mine is not easily accidentally flipable. Overall, more than satisfied with the size (no bigger than an average phone.), and convenience. I highly recommend for anyone setting something up that wont be removed to to often.

Useful in a computer workstation setup
I mounted this power bar on the underside of a bar height table that's in use as a computer workstation. The 10' cord was long enough to travel 3'+ down to floor level and still reach the outlet. There's lots of space between the outlets so bricks and plugs don't interfere with each other. Bricks stay fully plugged in even upside down.A snap of the builtin switch and everything is shut off. Very convenient.I recommend this product for its features and quality construction.

Very nice power bar
Connected my pc and a usb hub to the power outlet.Use one of the USB to power my Bluetooth transmitter so save a port on my pc.Used the included screws to fix it under my desk but they are a bit short. It would be better to use longer ones to get a good grip.Lightning did not hit my house so I don't know about the quality of the surge protection circuit and hopefully will never need to know.

USB ports no longer work after a year...
I don't know about you, but the whole purpose of a powerbar is to supply power. If certain ports cannot accomplish this, I'd say the product has failed. This is extremely frustrating because I would use the USB ports to charge my phone while I work. All of a sudden, all 3 ports stopped working. Tried multiple phones and cords.
