These glides are fantastic!
After looking for literally months for glides for my oddly-sized wrought iron patio furniture feet, I came up empty and thought I was going to have to get rid of the cute set I had spent so much time refinishing and repainting. I decided to give it one last effort and came across these glides and thought I would try them because they did not have to be an EXACT measurement match as long as the opening was within the width parameters. They also had white, which I had been having a tough time finding. I am so impressed with these glides! They are a very smooth and heavy plastic, and the adhesive holds them firmly inside the "cup" of the leg, and the glide is nice and tall, so your chair leg goes smoothly over rugs without snagging. I had them installed in a flash, and they fit the chairs and the table perfectly! (You need to be sure to measure the inside dimension of your chair leg cups carefully and make sure the size will work for you.) I could not be happier with the quality and performance of the product and highly recommend it.

Easy installation.
Once installed, these made the table and chairs easy to move on our rough cement patio. They have only been on a few weeks so i am not sure if the other reviewers said the pads adhesive worked well. None of the ones I installed show any signs of coming off. I removed the old plastic ones (well, what was left of them), scraped off all the rust and paint, wiped clean with a shop rag and a paper towel. The instructions say to use alcohol to do a finish cleaning, but my scraping tool took 80% or more of the contact area down to bare metal, so I saw no reason to use any chemical that may or may not either react with the metal or leave a residue. Once I pulled the wax paper off the pad and struck it to the foot on the table/chair, IT STAYED! There was no just pulling it off to relocate. I had no problem with the stickyness of the adhesive they are using on the foam pad. The plastic footpad stuck well to the foam pad as well. I did stick the plastic pad to the foam first and then to the chair foot. PLEASE NOTE!!!! (yeah, you too Mr. Manufacturer...) Remove the inner circle of the foam pad before adhering the pad to the chair foot, even if the chair foot has no sign of a bulge !!! I did not on the first one which was flat, which stuck well, but I did notice that the foam pad stuck more readily with the inner circle removed. I would say it works better because it gives the foam of the foam pad room to expand more easily when you press down hard when putting them on. Concerning those who said they had problems with the Forever Glide pad coming off, if it wasn't due to the fact of not cleaning the chair foot bottom completely, I will say, "If one comes off, just put a drop or two of a general adhesive glue or contact cement. It's an easy fix for Pete's sake!".

Easy install and glide like butter
I’ve finally fallen in love with my patio furniture. I bought them second hand because they’d last forever but they always grated on our concrete patio. I finally figured out there were supposed to be glides on the feet. I ordered a different set that were supposed to tap into the feet and they wouldn’t go in. I tried and tried and went to YouTube for some help and saw a video of these glides being installed. I was saved! They were more expensive but the frustration and hours I saved I trying to install the cheaper ones made them worth every penny. I have a large rectangular table plus six chairs and another circular table plus four more chairs so I ordered two sets. The glide is solid and the foam sticker used to adhere it is very sticky. Depending on the size of the wending blob in the bottom center of the foot you may have some adherence problems. I did on the table but I added some extra thin foam glue stickers - like command strips but not meant to be removed. They work fine because the weight of the table most likely finished securing them to the feet. I was worried because the feet have spent years scraping on concrete and some are bent a little bit all the glides fit in and automatically level themselves and make pulling the chairs out really easy and putting them back easy. They are heavy chairs so picking them up all the time to do that is pretty cumbersome. I had wanted an outdoor rug to go under our table and with the glides the chairs move easily and silently. My kiddos don’t struggle to move their chairs to sit down or push them in when they’re done. It’s fantastic. Ultimately, I think unless your chair and table feet are in really good consistent condition the tap in feet glides make installation a huge pain and the installation of all 48 of our glides took at most an hour which includes taking the remnants of the old glides our and turning chairs and tables over.

They Really Glide
These work fantastic. Once on they glide across the rough pavers I have no problem. Love em.

Absolutely fantastic! Do not hesitate to buy!
I had been using (and constantly replacing) the push in plastic glides which, even when new, were not a smooth slide over the unsealed Mexican tile on my little balcony. I read the reviews and bought the Forever Glides. I am astounded how great these work! Before putting these on, just moving a chair was a real effort and quite noisy: it was like how a driver learning how to use the clutch bounces the car. I just installed the Forever Glides and I must have looked like a lunatic because I kept moving the chairs around in awe of how great these work. They were very easy to install as the instructions are very clear. I love that they're made in the U.S.A. and I really appreciate the people who designed this. I am completely satisfied and again, don't hesitate to buy this amazing product.

Game changer
These furniture gliders (made specifically for wrought iron furniture that is heavy AF) are a GAME CHANGER!!! This is my parents Meadowcraft furniture and it’s 55 years old. Yes I need to find someone to restore it/repaint it etc., but in the meantime it looks great with the cushions. I have 1 sofa, 2 chaise lounges, a dining table, 8 chairs, a set of nesting end tables, and a large round coffee table. So considering 4 legs each, that is a lot of gliders, but it is also a lot of moving heavy furniture around and you have to dead lift it because it will scratch your deck or pull the rugs on your deck. I am not handy/crafty at all. I’m actually handy challenged. I can’t put anything together myself and have to hire a handyman to come do everything for me. But these were SO EASY to install. I just followed the diagram/instructions that came with them. When I stumbled upon these on Amazon (while looking for regular inside furniture gliders) I was skeptical from the pictures and the description. USE THIS detailed review as your pictures and description. The adhesion of these gliders is very strong. The newfound maneuverability of the furniture will save our wrists and eliminate multiple bumps and bruises on shins that our whole family has endured my whole life! I guess the furniture came with some type of glides when my parents bought it 55 years ago, but they are long gone and this is the answer! I looked for A solution about 10 years ago, but Meadowcraft didn’t have anything and I couldn’t find any patio furniture store that had any solutions either. I gave up. Regular furniture gliders don’t fit inside the weird cups on the legs (see pictures). Meadowcraft now sells a plastic leg tip but they don’t stay on and they crack. I will update this review if I find any quality issues with these from Max Tech. THANK YOU MAX TECH for inventing these! I hope you make a million dollars on them! Meadowcraft and patio furniture stores NEED to sell them!!!!!!!

Measure once and just order these, they’re great
These arrived fast and as described. I was skeptical at first because of the pad inside with how much it would stick out. Tried one chair and they fit and worked perfectly! Having the hole in the padding was the hook for me to try these. Very much recommend these if you’re looking for slides for your outdoor furniture. My patio is older concrete so I don’t expect these to last more than a couple years but they are not terribly expensive and easy enough to replace when we need to.

Really easy to install wrought iron chair feet-took just minutes!
I used this product to fit older wrought iron chair feet to protect a softer cedar deck. I have struggled with other more rigid glides, and it was extremely difficult to get them to fit the feet even with heating and slicing some of the plastic to get them to fit and much hammering. Took hours! And these others started coming off pretty quickly. This product fits easily inside the chair feet, and it is done in just minutes. Initial order has lasted all summer without a hint of coming loose. I can't comment yet on longevity, but they are so easy to install I will have no problem ordering and installing more if need be after a few seasons. Highly recommend then as they are likely to fit a variety of wrought iron chairs with slightly different size feet.

Buy these ones.
Really easy to install, fit nicely into the 1.5” cast iron foot. Slide easily on tile. Cast iron is about a 1/4 inch off the floor. Rust stains should be buh bye.

Great product to replace worn or lost guides
Bought an old used O.W. Lee dining table and chairs but they needed to be powder coated which meant the glides needed to be replaced. These were perfect replacement
