Is there much difference between a small and medium as far as compression** A: Between small and medium I’m not sure there is much of a difference. I’m 5’6” and range from 130-160 lbs. I get a size small. They changed the material in the thigh are a couple of years ago. The product made in 2016 and before was so nice and tight. I think they changed the material because the top part would come unraveled but i just stitched it up with elastic thread. The new style stretches too much in my tight. PETITION TO BRING BACK THE OLD ONES! PLEASE **Q: Do they reach up under the bust ?** A: It does reach up if you stretch it but it doesn't stay up. It just rolls down into a mess around your waist. **Q: Does the top part roll down, creating panty lines and clinging to my clothing?** A: Nooo...it does not roll down at all. **Q: Are these opaque? And also, do they pill or snag?** A: They are opaqus and ran large which is why I returned them. Overall the fabric felt cheap.
