Best Naturals Glycine Supplement 1000 Mg for Energy Production, 180Count

This is the best product on the market. I no longer take antidepressant since using Glycine. I usually take three in the evening before bedtime and sleep very well at night. In fact, the first time I used them, I slept well. I will be buying these pills forever. I have never been so relaxed and feel great. I would advise anyone taking antidepressant to try these wonderful pills. When I started, I just quit cold turkey taking the useless antidepressants. I never felt the antidepressant did anything for me.

Works well for sleep, if a bit slow in onset. Also does not last all night, but I take it at bedtime and in the middle. Some people are very sensitive to the sedating properties, so don't take in the daytime.

I tried another brand from Amazon and felt this one cost less and had double the ingredient. These with melatonin, magnesium and Night Rest from Amazon help me sleep.

A good product for the price

This was recommended to me for sleep but after having severe nightmares 3 nights in a row, I stopped taking it. I did not rate it lower because I don't know if it is this product in particular or just glycine and me in general.

If i have troubles falling asleep i take two capsules and in ca 20 minutes i enjoy my sweet zzz. No side effects at all, love it. I don't use it every day but ca twice a week. Had no effect on my dreams. It's not as powerful as prescription sleeping pill but good stuff. Always take them with a few gulps of water, even if otherwise you usually don't need water to swallow pills!
