Great supplement
We’ve bought multiple times. It’s a great supplement for my autistic child who doesn’t eat a lot of variety. It doesn’t have a taste so we can mix it in almost anything. It does have a slight smell but my daughter hasn’t said anything.

Enof gives me peace of mind
This product is fantastic!! I have two boys. One is a picky toddler and the other is older and on the spectrum diagnosed with ARFID. This has been a game changer. My oldest avoids all new foods and if he smells or tastes anything off in his food, he will eliminate it and further cut back on the foods he will eat. I have been beside myself with worry of vet his eating habits. He will not even look at vegetables. He inspects all of his food by smelling and touching before he’ll eat. I’m not going to lie, this product costs a small fortune and I was scared to try it for fear that he would eliminate another food if he detected anything new. Great news! He did not. I mix it in his morning oatmeal and sprinkle it on his nightly pizza. We’re on month two of him getting some sort of food based vitamins and minerals and I’m ecstatic! It mixes in nice and when I shake it on his pizza, it blends right in. I am so grateful for this product and I’ll continue to buy it!

Excellent way to get vegetables if you don't like the taste of them
I think this product was actually designed with children in mind, as it is important that kids get their vegetable servings everyday however personally I use this for my wife. She hates vegetables, I mean she likes some vegetables but most of them she doesn't. Anything I cook and serve her for lunch or dinner I can sprinkle a little tiny scoop of this either in her food or on it and she never even realizes it. It doesn't affect the taste any in fact I've even put some of this in eggs before when serving breakfast and she doesn't even know. I mean okay she knows I'm doing it but she doesn't taste it so it doesn't ruin the food. Before I found this what I used to do is try to hide vegetables in her food like for example if I'm making spaghetti I have found out that if you grind up some peas in a blender you can put the liquid in the sauce but you can't really do too much because that will affect the flavor. This stuff doesn't. This stuff is incredible. Even if you're not even trying to get your wife or husband to eat properly and you are using it for your children they will never know either.

Not bad but very expensive
I am a horribly picky eater to the point that my lab work from my physicals over the years show me as borderline malnourished. I learned about these types of products through TikTok and was interested in trying it. I ended up getting this one because it was available at the time. If you accidentally use too much you can taste it, and it's a bit weird. Typically, though, I can't taste it. HOWEVER, do NOT expect to get a full container. It is mostly empty and the seller claims that's how it is supposed to be. Honestly it would be better off to be in a smaller container if you're not going to get that much product. Considering how much I spent, I wouldn't get this one again.

No flavor or texture- our family stays healthy
I have a picky eater in my household. My 7 year old has been using this powder for a couple of years now. He’s been good about eating fruits, but never eats vegetables. I put this powder on his meals and he hasn’t been sick in years. He is growing and all is well.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
I spent a lot of time researching for a TASTELESS, CLEAR powder for my son with autism. I was hoping to mix it with is water since that's all he drinks. All the reviews and description said it was tasteless, odorless, and clear. I got it, it smells like dried veggies (not in a good way) and is brown....spent $40 for nothing.

Wow expensive for how much you get
This is insanely expensive for the amount you get. I wanted to try this specific brand due to popularity before I tried another less expensive brand. I appreciate the simple ingredient list and the small dosage needed but man the can was only 1/2 full when it arrived. I expected at least 3/4 full! I think when we finish this off we'll try another brand and see how we do. So far it wasn't noticed in applesauce with cinnamon.

It’s great for picky/sensory eaters and those with ARFID
So, I have sensory issues with food that involves texture. Certain food textures make me gag and a lot of veggies unfortunately fall into that. Im gonna be honest, I have no clue if this stuff is doing anything and the only way I will is to get a blood test, but it gives me peace of mind. There’s little to no taste at all, like very little if you do get any taste. I actually put it in drinks more than I do food. I mix it into a glass of chocolate almond milk and I don’t taste it, though I can see it but it doesn’t bother me. I’ve even put it in water flavored with mio and there can be a slight taste (sometimes there isn’t) but it doesn’t bother me. There’s no taste whatsoever when I mix it into oatmeal. One thing I have noticed is that you can’t leave it sitting in a drink for too long? Idk I’ve only had it happen to me twice where I don’t drink all of my water and I come back to it later and suddenly the taste of the powder is there and it’s noticeable. So I’d be mindful of that. Otherwise this product is really great for people like me or picky eaters or people with ARFID. The only downsides are: I don’t know for sure that it’s helping but again you could get a blood test to see if it’s raised your vitamin levels. The price is also another thing that I consider a bit of a downside but in all honesty, it’s worth it.
