Height adjustment is poor, the metal clasp and screw fell while riding
The construction is decent.What doesn't work is well, it doesn't go fast, I can walk faster than this, that is after a full charge. Was going on a regular flat pavement.Height adjustment is poor, the metal clasp and screw fell while riding.The handles are a joke, like a real joke. You get those handles in the box and you've to screw those on, and the design for the screws is bad, it took me repeated tries to get the handles screwed on. And those don't remain tight, they are liable to become loose as you ride, which is not safe.The mechanism for folding the scooter is hard to use and was quite a bit of effort to fold/unfold the scooter.So all in all about two forty completely down the drain on this.

Nice wheels, however it broke 7 months after purchase.
Perfect for small trips. Works fine, wheels a bit small for sidewalks with lots of imperfections. Be careful. Breaks are smart. Rear light not in sync with breaks. Blinks according to bumps. Unfortunately no maintenance available for it in Brazil. So battery died and no way to replace it.

Good scooter but not 5miles range i usually run out of juice at 1 mile and a half good speed. Very portable though

Not suitable for an adult
This scooter does not have the power to carry someone of adult weight. When going up even the slightest incline, I would have to get off the scooter and walk. The speed on a flat surface is ok but borders on being too slow.This is probably a good scooter for a teenager who wants to use it for fun but not for adults commuting to work.

Died after 4 months use
After 4 months of daily use ( 2/2 ½ miles/day it dies after less than a mile of use with a full charge.
