Within 5 days of taking I felt more energy and hip pain reduced. By 30 days hip pain was almost non existent. However, after taking for a year I find some months are not consistent. Possibly the quality of the production or result from extended use. Some months hip pain has returned at critical level but then subsides with the next new bottle. However, taken consistently I experience increased level of energy.

These pills are marketed almost as an all in one for weight support and joints. Although I think it has "the right stuff" in it, I think the pricing is high.I updated this review from 3 stars - I thought it was basically a placebo - then again, I'm a guy. My wife is swearing by this stuff, and saying she stopped taking her stand alone turmeric and her aches and pains are less/gone.I'd previously taken the probiotics in this stuff, and I've taken a few pills and not noticed anything; she said it takes a month to feel results.So, based on her statements to me this a.m. I needed to update my quasi harsh review from a 3 to 5 stars. I still think it's expensive at nearly $1 a pill, but she seems satisfied, and has bought more (which means I bought more) so I guess that answers that.

I was really surprised how well this worked for me. After having suffered often because of sciatica, I did a little research and found that what I was missing was a probiotic like this. I was skeptical but willing to try it. Within one month, the symptoms completely disappeared. I no longer woke up with that debilitating pain in the back of my legs. I honestly thought that this was a fluke so when my original purchase ran out, I thought I would try something different. No luck whatsoever! Within one week, the pain was back. I couldn't purchase this again fast enough! My only complaint is that I wish it was cheaper. There was no aftertaste, odor or issues with digestion. Even though the ingredients can be found in other formulas, and you may be tempted to see if you can find a probiotic that's cheaper based on its components, this one worked best for me. Taking this along with cutting out added sugar to my diet helped. Being able to move normally again is worth the investment.

First, it took me quite a while to get this review posted. Whether it be Amazon or the company, I have no idea.I first ordered Provitalize in the summer of 2023. I had previously watched a video on Provitalize that suggested taking it for 3 months for best results. So, I kept that in mind after I completed the first 3 bottles and had my daughter order me a second round - 3 more bottles. At first, it seemed to be a decent product; I seemed to have more energy in the beginning. However, the first thing this product did was completely stopped my monthly cycle in September. I had almost completed the 4th bottle of Provitalize in November, but I noticed the product had completely stopped working, and instead of decreasing the bloating, it had increased the bloating - more than I had ever experienced before. Without changing my eating habits, I had gained 8 pounds since starting this product.Barbara O’Neill says, “The body will tell you what it needs. We just have to learn to listen to our bodies.”I never really understood what that meant until I was taking Provitalize, because my body felt an overwhelming urge to have a monthly cycle that Provitalize had completely stopped. So, I stopped taking Provitalize around the 3rd week of November. After around 4 days without Provitalize, my bloating decreased. After around 6 days without Provitalize, I went down 5 pounds on the scales. And 9 days without Provitalize, my monthly cycle returned, and my body is starting to feel normal again.I will never order this product again. I truly believe Provitalize is just another money gimmick sales pitch product that preys on women who desire to live healthier lifestyles.Might I also add a few other facts: First, when I ordered the Provitalize, I also ordered Raw Sea Moss from another company, and I took the two together. I used all the Sea Moss in September and haven’t gotten around to reordering it, and now that all is said and done, I believe with all my heart, the results that I did see in the beginning were coming from the Raw Sea Moss and NOT the Provitalize (like more energy). Secondly, in the spring of 2023, I purchased an entire line of haircare products to strengthen, thicken, and grow my hair, which was working 100% UNTIL I started taking Provitalize. Now my hair is back to dull and thinning, and I fully blame Provitalize for that. (I mean, the hair products were working. I started taking Provitalize and the hair products stopped working. This product has not taken away all of my perimenopause symptoms and hasn’t helped with any weight loss. However, I definitely feel better while taking it. I stopped for a few weeks because I was disappointed to still have some hot flashes and still couldn’t shift any weight and noticed a real difference I how I felt. More energy, better digestion, overall better feeling. I haven’t found another product that works as well for me.

I'm in my mid60's and read the good and bad ones equally. I ordered the Provitalize, after reading the review. I received them on the 10th of September. I started taking them mid month. One of the first side effect was a weird feeling. It kinda amazed me to how strong it was. I took 2 every morning, went to work.I had the sensation to go to the bathroom, but nothing. I did urinate, and it was cloudy and had a strong odor.These side effects was nothing I ever had. Then things started to get yucky. One thing I DID not expect was that I totally lost my appetite. I was drinking my water, I carry a bottle of water and ice with me. The last straw was when the urine came out. It was cloudy and stunk to high heaven like something died and was rotting! A couple of days of that was all I could take. I quit taking them after 5 days, and the day after I stopped I started cramping and felt like my period was coming, I had a hysterectomy 20 years ago. I took HRT for 15 years. My choice to use them and to cut them out.I didn't have them for more than 3weeks, so it was in the 30 day guarantee to return them to Amazon. I did the thing to return them, but with BB Company, had a questionnaire to answer. I did all that, but let them know that I wasn't taking the pills. We went back and forth, and finally they agreed to honor the guarantee.Now even I know that some people can't take just any kind of supplement. I'm not one of those people. I have a pretty good track record of taking meds, either prescribed or on my own. Now I saw both sides of the penny.B&B agreed to refund me the $ and it was in Amazon account the same day!The people who written in to say how it worked for them and only good things. Then, there the ones who had taken them, with not good side effects.The company LISTENED to me. And for that I'm grateful. It's like anything in life you choose, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. I was on the losing team. Just remember that there are 2 sides and until you take them, you won't know which side you are on.After you read this, it's your decision. You're an adult. I love love love this product! I’ve been using Provitalize for over 6 months now and can honestly say it does exactly what they say it does and more. I’ve lost over 25 lbs and have kept it off. I haven’t really changed how I eat. I just eat less and my body takes what it needs and processes the rest out the way it’s supposed to do. Even if I eat something that’s not healthy, like a hamburger or heavy Mexican dish, my body immediately goes to work on digesting the food and quickly releasing what it doesn’t. Which has always been an issue for me. But I have no issues now. I tell everyone about this product. Because it really works!

60yoF, retired physician I lift weights (I mean, REALLY LIFT) 4 times a week. Started 6+ months ago having anterior (groinarea) hip pain with squats and lunges. It evolved to lateral and posterior pain that caused my back and oblique muscles to spasm. My PT suggested ice&ibuprofen, and gave me some things to try, but the pain was never alleviated. Eventually I could NOT walk. It was a gluteal tendinopathy. I am not a user of supplements because my diet is quite robust, but within a week of starting Provitalize, the hip pain diminished, steadily to the point of no pain with ADLs. I am completing month 2 of daily use and I am back to squatting with a barbell loaded up. Lunges still hurt (anterior hip again!) but I am also doing more of them after a few months off. A win in my book.

My gynae recommended this supplement as I can’t take HRT. I was hoping it would help with hot flashes and tiredness and menopause brain and forgetfulness. It’s really helped Witt he tiredness I seem to have a lot more energy and in the first month I lost 3 kilos - not sure if it’s because I am exercising more because I have more energy or because the tablets have balanced my cravings so I don’t always feel so hungry- either way I am happy and have ordered another 3 month supply!

Found it as a very good supplement for Pre menopausal symptoms. My hot flushes became almost to zero within started to take it after 10 days but Unfortunately the hot flashes came back though in a much lesser way after one and half month again. It also helped me keeping my weight stable with moderate food intake and walking.

Been taking it for months, while consuming a healthy diet with regular exercise. Did nothing to help with menopause related weight gain.

The items I received are old and melted, and I do not know how to exchange them with you can you arrange to pick them up and exchange them for the proper new items?

Doesn’t work. Bought for my wife, no change in 3 months. Waste of money
