This bracelet has a really pretty design. I had shoulder and arm pain, so thought I would try this Copper bracelet. The pain has gone. So hopefully this has worked.

The quality is great. Very pretty design. The only thing I dislike is having to adjust it every time to put on or take off. It has already gotten out of shape on the top. But it really is a great bracelet. Now for the helping with pain...I really haven't noticed any difference.

I like the fact that you can adjust it without removing links. The only thing is if you have a pace maker you can't wear it. IT is very pretty and looks good.

Not sure there is any copper inside. It's pretty and comfortable to wear.

These things work so well—I had burning and cramping in my hands and joints, now if I wear them, my pain level drops from a 7 to a 1. If I take them off, the pain comes back a little bit, a few hours later, but I’ve been able to get relief all night after wearing them all day and taking them off to sleep. Great price, quality, and they do not stain my wrists green.
