What percentage are each item in the blend?

Sorry, the label only says 4 mg of choline and 340 mg of a proprietary Blend of the other ingredients. I guess they don't want other companies duplicating the ratio of the other ingredients. It will still be a couple of months before I have any lab work done, so it remains to be seen if it is helping me. I plan to continue taking it until then though.

How do you take this, with, before or after food?
