Review: Makes brilliant porridge! - These steel cuts oats are marvellous! Tasty porridge (I think slightly nutty taste), good for gut health, found feel fuller for longer so avoids me snacking between meals and well worth the time taken to prepare. Good texture as a meal. (I add boiling water and milk onto the oats in pan on hob, low heat, (pinch of salt if liked) stir every 10 minutes until turns into tasty porridge, as thick or thin to your taste, cook longer for thicker porridge or add more liquid if cooked too long. I sometimes add a banana or grated apple, other family use sugar and golden syrup. I repeatedly order ‘yourhealthstore’ I’ve tried other steel cut oats but would recommend these as the best. I’m hoping desertcart and the seller get to see this feedback because desertcart packaged the oats with another item in my order which was strong smelling perfume incense sticks, I could smell the fragrance on the bag of oats. Had I not opened the package immediately the perfume would have permeated into the oats.
Review: Excellent but be patient - Good quality and delicious product but will need a lot of patience as these take time to cook correctly about 40 minutes worth getting for sure and I will buy again

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good steel cut oats, pity about the packaging
*by D***J on 6 February 2021*

These oats make excellent, tasty porridge. I've had no problems with previous deliveries, but on this occasion one of the 2 packets that I ordered had a large hole in it, and about a quarter of the contents had spilled out into the cardboard box in which the 2 packets were packed.
