Anyone got issues with the speed dial? I have 1 and 2 functioning but no 3, what the hell??? I have no working 3 speed, it actually turns off

You probably drew a short straw and got a faulty one. I've never used it any speed above 1 for long because at 1 it's powerful enough. But I've tried them just to measure the noise and they all work fine.
