Great way to add texture!

I have tried other more expensive products, but always come back to this. I don't use it for body, I use it to keep my ends smooth.

I have long hair that as I've gotten older just doesn't have lift anymore and the texture is blah. I have well water with redout in the softener. It doesn't do much for my hair. My water is soooo hard. I found that if I spritz my hair lightly allover and under before I use my blow-dryer it gives my hair some much needed heft. Next I spray this product on my hair. I lift it and gently let it fall while spraying. I let it dry completely then use my boar's hair brush or wooden wide tooth comb. I may need another product at my roots but my hair is heavy so it just needs some help at the roots. I like this product but be careful how much you put on. Your hair gets a weird texture and almost oily looking. It takes some practice and let's just face it....a good hair day. Sometimes no matter what you do the hair gods don't cooperate! All in all this is a decent product. I think I will keep looking though. $20 is just so expensive for the size. Until I find something better though...I will keep buying this. Checking out It's a 10 next. So far though...this is the front runner. Needs a coupon!

This is my first Amazon review ever and why did I pick this product to review you ask, well here’s the answer. I am a female whose hair, although it is short by choice, is important to me. I have a pixie cut and don’t own a brush or hairdryer, so my hair products are important to me for a good hair day. I was a long time user of Paul Mitchell and I don’t want to use anything except Sexy Hair now. This sprays out like air and doesn’t weigh my hair down like some other wax products do and it keeps my hair feeling soft. Sexy Hair washes out of my hair easily in the shower. I get compliments when I use this spray gel and people have stated they notice a difference the appearance of my hair. I have thick hair and it holds my hair in place all day long in the Florida heat and humidity so I give it a rating of amazing. You can’t beat Sexy hair when it comes to quality and value for the money.

I use lots of Sexy Hair products, happy with all of them so thought I’d give this a try, totally unhappy with it. Fresh shampooed hair/dry it makes my hair feel gritty, unable to comb through easily, and it appears to look oily when my hair is not oily whatsoever. Will keep using Sexy Hair hairspray instead of wax spray.
