Should I clean this before each use and with what ?

I just rinse the brush before each use and store in a dry area while not in use.

I didn't receive a charger and need to contact the company. How do I do that?

It should have included a cord but it's a regular micro USB cord.

How does this compare to the Foreo?

I don’t own the Luna but I love this device and how my face feels so clean and soft after I use it. Won’t be paying so much $$ for Foreo’s Luna. This is a great alternative
