Nina Ottosson Dog Hide N' Slide Dog Toy Treat Puzzle, 11.6"

My 4 month old Great Pyrenees puppy loves this. I just put his regular food in it, not even treats and he thinks it's fun.He's even chewed on the knobs and it holds up to his strong bite. Sturdy, doesn't tip over. Easy to clean.

At first I thought this was far too easy and I was super disappointed. I was placing treats/food directly under the flaps. She figured it out and got all the treats in about 60 seconds or less. I was going to return it till my daughter told me the food goes inside the KNOBS instead! So then she has to move the flaps, move the knob over the open space THEN move the knob again to find the food. It's much trickier and my dog loves it! It doesn't take a ton of time, but it keeps her occupied, and I give her part of her meals in these and she freaks out when she's sees me getting it together. She'll wait for this before she touches food readily accessible in her bowl. Great puzzle! Love it!

This is a cute little puzzle. It is good quality, nice and heavy so it doesn't slide around when my dog does the puzzle. There are two ways to set it up for different difficulty levels. My dog gets excited when I pull this puzzle out. She still loves it even though she has done it probably 50 times, lol. She mastered it pretty quickly but she is super smart so that makes sense.

My dog really enjoys playing with this. She is an older dog and it was perfect for her speed.

My dog LOVES this puzzle! It is his favorite. It’s well made and doesn’t move too much while he uses it. He enjoys that there are treats in the knobs as well as under the flaps. I save a bit of his kibble to finish his meal with the puzzle so he isn’t covered but still gets to enjoy this.

My pup likes it, however, he is only 15 weeks old and it takes it about 30 seconds to find and get treats. It takes me longer to set it up than it does for him to solve it.

Our puppy absolutely loves her puzzle!! I originally put small treats in the pockets, but now I just fill it with her dog food and save the treats for good behavior. She doesn’t care that it’s filled with her dog food, she just gets excited when she sees us get it out. I ordered her the second level; because I didn’t know how quickly she would figure it out, and she also has a bit of a lazy bone in her...she will ditch a challenging toy (she loves a kong, but won’t work a frozen one). So I didn’t use the slides the first time I gave it to her, but she didn’t have a problem at all. The second time I used the slides to make it more difficult and she got through it pretty quickly. The attached video is the fourth time she was given the puzzle, and it took her around 1 1/2 minutes to get all her kibble. So it’s not a huge challenge, and we will be getting her a more challenging puzzle soon. Regardless, it makes her very happy. Stella is a four-month-old puppy. If your puppy or dog is smart at all, I’d recommend at least a level three.

Bought the "Hide N' Slide" in 2021 for 13lb jack russell. She is now 12. My dog looks forward to puzzles more now as she cant walk as far. Its sturdy, has 4 screws underneath to take apart for a deep clean.

Worth the money, as this puzzle has been used so many times by our dog and our puppy. They get excited when it comes out for play everytime. Plus, even now they've worked it, they always enjoy the puzzle.

Perfect toy for both dog and the owner
