Worked great. Is extra hard so if you're using push points to replace a glass window it's a little harder to get them in. The stuff is much thicker than wood filler, and thicker than the wood epoxy used in the YouTube videos.. It's more the consistency of regular J-B Weld. But you can put a little water on your fingers to help smooth it, and that worked really really well. I'm impressed. I think I actually prefer this to the runny stuff that wouldn't keep its shape - especially for huge gaps. It sands very nicely also. Would (update: actually did) buy again. The only downside is it's kind of expensive for doing large areas. PS I'm a girl that's not at all handy, and this was a fun project I could do on my own. Tips: It takes a while to mix it (kneed it), and it does get softer the more you kneed. I recently mixed and applied some that was about 5 years old, and it worked as well as when newly purchased. **Q: Does it work with Particle Board?** A: Should work fine on particle board. Forms a soft putty (think playdough) that can be formed to any shape. Dries rock hard, is sandable and paintable after drying. **Q: Is the date on the container manufactured date or expiration date?** A: It is probably the manufacture date unless it says Exp. in front of the stamped date I am surmising, as I have already used the product and don’t have the containers nearby. I used 1/2 of each container on my beach house exterior utility room doors. Worked great. I saved the rest but I don’t have the containers nearby to even see if they have dried up **Q: Is this material low viscosity so it would flow into small and deep voids ?** A: No, this is a very dense, putty like material. It is easy to mix, doesn't tend to stick to your hands if you mix without gloves, and takes paint well. I'm an electrician and from time to time in residential and commercial applications need to fill a hole or patch a wall and this stuff sets up relatively quickly; it doesn't set up as fast as Bondo or relatively dry mixed Water Putty but does reach a hard set within 40 minutes or so. While this isn't as hard when set as Bondo it is just as, if not more, weather resistant and can be drilled nicely. My only downsides are two fold it is of a strange consistency, not thin and not thick, this can be an upside but means it can't easily be troweled or flattened with a putty knife to get as neat of a finish, without sanding, as Bondo, and it also isn't as thick as J-B Welds stick epoxies meaning it can't be rough formed as well either. I find I use this to fill gaps then cover with either Bondo, Water Putty, or Spackle depending on need. While this will set underwater it is much to thin to do so as effectively as their Marine Stick, but it has worked in the rain with a little protection.
