So far I haven't used an cleaning solution, and it does an ok job, but I expected better.** A: I used to work in the jewelry business. An ammonia cleaning solution should be fine depending on what you are trying to clean. Please research each type of gemstone to make sure it is ammonia safe (emeralds are not). I have found some generic jewelry (not silver) cleaners work well with mine **Q: Can it be work for dentures ?** A: I do jot know but it would be best to ask the manufacturer to be on the safe side. **Q: What is the warranty on this item? Mine worked fine for a while but now spits out a lot of water with the steam getting everything very wet.Suggestion** A: I don't know the warranty, but I had a problem after about a year and couldn't get the company to respond, but Amazon stood behind it. It is a great product when it works. **Q: Does this have a heating element for the Ultrasonic?** A: The ultrasonic unit does not heat. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the money *by on Reviewed in the United States August 23, 2018* I love love love this, the picture defiantly does not do the GemOro justice, after I took my rings out of the cleaner for the first time they looked better but still not as shiny as I knew they could be that was because there was so much lotion and hard water on my rings, I watched a video and someone suggested when you have rings that dirty you first take a toothbrush, and some dish soap and go over your rings including the under side where the diamonds are set then rinse it and leave them in a cup of warm water ( I used hot, from my water dispenser) and leave your rings in the water for five minutes that way and grime and build up can loosen up, I did that then used my GenOro again and vola my rings looked brand new again even the silver was shiny so happy I purchased this, my only complaint would be it was bigger than I expected but other than that I love it, totally worth the money also when I purchased it Amazon had a suggestion that when people buy this they also purchase Gem & Jewelry Cleaner concentrate by Blitz to use in your water that the rings sit in very happy I did. I was leary of spending so much money on a jewelry cleaner however in the end it is an great investment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic *by on Reviewed in the United States December 26, 2012* I agree with another reviewer that you need to read the instructions. I recommend watching a Youtube video on the Gemoro Ultraspa before reading the instructions. Once you see how it works, it is simple to use and the instructions make more sense. You need to know to avoid: emeralds, opals, pearls and jade to name a few of the softer gem stones listed. Glued stones are to be avoided. The instructions go over that. But any cleaning method for diamonds would be inappropriate for these more delicate gems. The results are impressive. I could not be happier. The gold sparkles as do the gem stones. Gold chains look new. The results match my favorite jeweler. The machine is light weight but sturdy, holds quite a number of pieces in the ultrasonic tank. I covered the bottom of the basket with jewelry and they all cleaned nicely. I was pleased how quickly I could clean all my jewelry. It is roughly 10" wide by 10" deep and 11" high. ### ⭐ Don't buy this product! *by on Reviewed in the United States March 8, 2014* I bought an ultraspa for my wife and it broke on its second use. While steam cleaning her ring steam suddenly shot out the back under the steam pedal. The unit completely lost all steam pressure and shorted out the electrical. I could see moisture inside the display panel where the lights were supposed to be on. Amazon sent me a return label and I got a refund.I went ahead and ordered another unit thinking the first one was defective. When I opened the second unit I could immediately tell it was used. It had water spots all over and calcium deposits on the brass fitting of the steamer cap. I went ahead and filled it with water to see if it worked only to find the steamer was doing the same thing as the first unit. The ultrasonic cleaner did work though. I called amazon, they sent me a return label and I got a refund.Figuring I again had bad luck, I ordered a third unit. The unit arrived extremely used, and full of water which splashed all over everything during shipping. I didn't even bother seeing if it worked.Don't buy this product! It is obviously defective, and you are most likely going to get a used broken unit even though you paid for a new one.
