RENPHO Smart Body Measuring Tape, Bluetooth App, 60in, for Weight Loss

The tape measure came exactly as described and it works perfectly. I love that the tape measure snaps into the bottom and you can use one hand to tighten it up and get a precise measurement. It works with the same RENPHO app that the scale uses so you can track all of your data in one place, which is so nice if you are also using the RENPHO scale. The measurement also syncs right into the app so it makes measuring your whole body quick. You can track your trends and see how your body is changing from week to week. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking to lose weight and want another way of tracking your progress other than just a number on a scale. What I didn’t expect is just how useful this tape measure would be. I bought this because I started a weight loss journey using GLP-1s after years of struggling with my weight due to PCOS and insulin resistance. In the last 3 years, my weight has fluctuated within a range from 170 lbs to 230 lbs. It constantly goes up and down and because of that, I have no idea what size clothing I wear. I have clothes that range from way too big to way too small and I have no idea what size to even buy anymore. This tape measure has been so helpful in deciding what size I should buy. I use the measurements from the app and compare to the size guide for clothing and can finally get a size that actually fits on my body. It’s so useful because sizing varies between brands and I’m able to just open the app and compare my measurements whenever I’m shopping. For that reason, this little device can be useful to everyone whether you’re losing weight or just trying to find clothes that fit you well. I didn’t expect how useful this thing would turn out to be but I’m so glad I bought it.

I love this smart body tape measure. Its so cool how it automatically hooks up into my app and fills out all the areas I measure. The retraction is abit touchy and can snap you. The accuracy is amazing. I liked it so much that I bought their smart scale.

I love this! It easily connects to an app and records all of my body measurements. I am currently on a weight loss journey and this is a very helpful tool. There was a bit of a learning curve at first. It looks like the device shut itself off after only less than a minute of being turned on. But that only happens when it’s not an actual use. When I have been using it to measure everything from my neck down to my calves, which takes about 10 minutes, It never shut off and it recorded everything with great accuracy. I love how this device compiles a history of your measurements said that you can easily compare measurements to current ones and see your progress. The tape wraps around the body part and locks into a little hole and it stays there with a magnet. You need to pop it out gently each time you measure a different part. The numbers are a little difficult to read on the device, because I felt like the face of the device was often turned away from me, and it was a little difficult to flip it over to read the numbers, until I realized the numbers also show up directly on the app during the measurement. So you can just look at the numbers on the app. You don’t need to look at the numbers on the device while you are taking the measurements. Although, I still tended to do this because I wanted to make sure both numbers matched. They did! I think it’s a great value. I highly recommend it.

The product is great and seems very accurate when it comes to measurements. It’s simple and easy to use, and I definitely love the retractable feature. My only suggestion would be to make the measuring tape a bit wider, as the current thin tape tends to twist easily, especially when measuring areas like the upper back.

Works great! Glad I bought it. I wanted precise measurements and this is perfect. I like that it syncs to my app. I already had the renpho scale so this was a good complimentary device.

Still working perfectly today, and it’s basically become the therapist of my fitness journey: honest, helpful, and only mildly hurtful on bad days. What I love: ✅ Syncs seamlessly with the RENPHO app. Graphs your measurements like you’re a stock on the rise (or holding, depending on how many tacos you’ve had this week). ✅ Big, clear LCD screen. No more squinting at tiny lines and pretending I didn’t read 39 inches when it’s clearly 40. ✅ Retractable lock feature = independence. I can wrap it around my waist without performing yoga poses or calling for backup. ✅ Compact and light enough to live in my gym bag, right next to the hope and ambition. Yes, there will be times you wish it was broken when it shows the cold, hard truth… but it’s actually a great motivator. This tape doesn’t judge. It just tells you how it is—like a fitness friend with receipts and Bluetooth. Battery-powered honesty? Check. Still using it today? Absolutely. Has it helped me stay motivated? I’ve been using Renpho for years, and unfortunately the quality of this device has gone down with this newest model. I’m on my second one in 1 year (the old version i had lasted me for 2+ years). Both have the same problem - the screw on the battery strips SO easily. The old one stripped the first time i opened it. I was at least able to get the battery in the first time, but I have been unable to open it since then. So when the battery died, I was forced to buy a whole new device. This time around, I can’t even open it AT ALL. The screw is stripped, and the measuring tape is garbage. And i do have the appropriate tools for a screw this small, so its not that im mishandling it. It is NOT durable. Don’t waste your time and money, unless Renpho starts adding extra screws with the device, or making it easier to insert the battery. I wouldn’t bother.
