Very impressed
I've been making my own pizza from stratch now for a few years. I've always had issues with my base. However, you can feel the quality of this flour when needing and stretching it as it is really light. Good flavour too but not brilliant. Hence why not 5 stars.

The best 00 flour
Great value. Can't get 00 flour in the supermarkets where I live just now so to get Caputo flour online, which is widely regarded as the best, at such a good price is great. Have used it for pizza and pasta and each time the results have been excellent.

Great flour I love it and it works great for pizza, just a terrible shame that I paid for 5 kilos and somehow only 2kilos arrived - I am super disappointed with this service and I hope I receive the other 3 bags or a refund...
