GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO LOCAL OUT OF STOCK BRAND
I purchased these when I couldn't find quercetin at the local drug store. Decided on this brand because of the bioflavonoids adding to the benefit.

Keeps me healthy
I'm not a doctor but I watch and listen to smart people and this product in combination with zinc and liposomal vitamin c (enough of it) keeps me healthy. Personally proven to me this week after I babysat a friend's sick 6 year old - who coughed (respectfully) into his elbow. I felt a lymph in my neck swell a bit after a couple of days, upped my vitamin c while taking this a I did not fall ill and all is well. I take one twice a day - double what the bottle says.

Almost expired item when received!!
My dad started on these but found out both of them are already expired!!. Be aware of the expiration dates!!! For your reference, I brought two November 2024 and gifted them to my dad! They usually have much longer expiration dates so I didn’t check but that’s a huge mistake! There is no way someone can finish a bottle within the expiration date!!

Seems to work on my breathing problem
Sometimes I get too much mucus in the airway. After taking Quercetin for a few days it seems to get better.

Lung Health
Started this for support with lung wellness after recommended by naturopath. Quercetin is said to be beneficial for aiding lung health for people with bronchial issues, asthma, immune deficiencies etc. Since COVID started and due to immune compromised condition, I started taking to hopefully aid in strengthening my lungs in the event I become infected. So far 8 months in, and still not a statistic to this horrible virus. Be safe.
