I'd give this 20 stars if I could, believe the hype!! This was a whim purchase, I've seen this style of brush being used all over the Internet and thought I'd give it a try. My hair is relaxed but I'm going on 14 weeks post relaxer and my roots are TIGHT! I wanted to wash my hair but dealing with it this far post is a bear! It's very hard to even get a brush through without snags, pulls and a fair amount of shed hair, until now!! I got this brush today and immediately put it to work and it did NOT disappoint!!! I followed the user instructions and started by brushing my hair vertically to start and immediately I could feel the bristles on my scalp which is saying a lot! It felt great and there was zero discomfort while brushing! I could feel it doing its job and it only got smoother the more I used it. Then I actually washed my hair and that was the true test, how it would work after it was wet and puffier and I'm happy to say it did an amazing job even then! I was able to get my hair detangled entirely in less than 3 minutes and I used this brush while blow drying and noticed that my hair got dryer faster not only from the air flow through the brush, but also because I was actually able to get my roots dry which I struggle to do with this much new growth. If that wasn't enough, I barely had much hair fall out, in fact it was much less than I was expecting! The brush was easy to clean after and I have just been beside myself all day that I now have the best brush I've ever owned! I'll want to get another one in the near future so that I always have a back up! Couldn't be happier with my purchase and I'm telling everybody!

We were genuinely impressed with this brush. It detangles thick, curly hair quickly with very little pulling or breakage, and the flexible design makes it comfortable to use on wet or dry hair. The quality feels great, it’s easy to clean, and it delivers exactly what it promises. A product we’d happily recommend and repurchase.

The brush arrived early this morning, just in time to wash & brush my daughter's hair. I tried it both with and without the little bar. I think I prefer it without it. It was so much easier & less of a chore to get the knots out! My daughter didn't flinch, complain, or grab her hair at the roots like she has in the past. Afterwards, she said "That didn't really hurt like before!" It was still a workout for me, but nowhere near as bad as it's been with other brushes. GET THIS BRUSH!My daughter has beautiful, long, thick, curly hair. I'm still brushing it for her, and we've tried combs, various brushes, including Knot Genie & Wet brushes - none worked & all caused pain. It's always been an incredible workout for me to brus her hair, & we only ever did it after washing her hair & while it was still wet. I use Cantu Curls shampoo & conditioner on her, as well as the leave in conditioner spray that also serves as a detangler. Regardless, she gets terrible tangles & at times mats in her hair - especially where her CPAP tube sits on the top of her head.I found it easier to do somewhat small sections at a time. I started at the bottom and worked my way up to her roots. I did try to use it vertically at first, but due to the length of her hair, that didn't really work for me. I used Cantu Curls leave in conditioner spray as I went along, and after completing the sections, I then went back and brushed her entire head. The plastic bristles made it all the way through to her scalp, which is almost unheard of. My daughter has suffered with dandruff in one part of her scalp, & bristles from other brushes couldn't reach it. This one got rid of the flakes!I suspect that as we use it more, it will get easier for both of us, but she liked the brush & didn't complain once. Hopefully, she'll soon move toward brushing her hair herself now that we found this incredibly brush.

I have 2B wavy hair, which snarls, tangles, and knots, easily. This derangler brush has worked much better than the many other detangler combs and brushes I've tried. I've just tried it on damp hair and it should work on dry hair, too. Grips well in damp hands. Bristles are strong, yet flexible. Recommended.Update: I've tried it on dry hair too, now and this detangler brush works much faster and pulls out hair much less than the others I've tried also, such as Crave, as pretty as that one is.Go gentle, as with any brush. Use according to directions: vertical first, all over, than go back over your hair, horizontal. You can see the difference, as you use it. There is a little bar that comes with the Bestool, that can be attached to the back of the brush in 2 places to make the brush stiffer, but I really, really, didn't need that; this brush is pretty firm. Very happy with this detangler brush.

Best detangling brush I ever used, it works great on dry hair and even better on wet. I love it so much

This is one of my favorite purchases ever 🥹 I have 3c curls and this brush just slides through the tangles wity ease and without the bristles bending or breaking! It also doesn't rip out my hair like other brushes I've used. I've never loved a brush more than I love this one!

I have thick hair, and this brush works wonders, I love it! Tangle free.

This is just the coolest brush. I use it on my dogs too now so I bought two of them. It detangler them. They don’t mind the bristles because they’re not sharp and they’re actually kind of contour so that it’s easier to get them tidied up anybody who’s looking for people with long hair who might get it tangled at and when an easy brush through… It would work for that most certainly I think that’s what it was made for but I use it for myself and then I have a special one the same one but just a different colour for my dogs and they love it. I think they think they’re getting scratches on their back and stuff. I’ll definitely be buying it again as gifts for my friends at Christmas time for their furbabies!

This is my second brush from this brand, and once again I’m very happy with the quality. My hair is 4A and can sometimes be hard to brush, but this brush works through it really well.It feels comfortable to hold, the bristles are gentle, and it helps detangle my hair with no pain. It leaves my hair tangle-free and makes brushing much easier.The quality is excellent, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend it and would buy again.
