This is my third neck massager, as I have been dealing with neck pain for years. It's really a great massager. I like the placement of the massaging knobs, and the fact that it comes with a car converter. I'm going to have to do something to extend the arms, though. I feel like a T-rex when I wear it. I would have only given it 3 stars because of the armholds if I didn't have a way to fix it myself. I did decide to keep it rather than returning it. Just in case the next one is the same.
