I specifically bought this for massaging deep knots in my back. I’ve never played lacrosse so I cannot speak to its use on the field but I can tell you if you’re looking at this because you’re having back issues or even issues with plantar fasciitis, WOW this is amazing for both. To use this to resolve back pain I put this between my back and a wall and roll up and down and the pressure is amazing and provides excellent relief. For plantar fasciitis I roll this under my foot before long walks and runs and post walk/run for recovery and it has helped immensely. Really great for a cheap massage tool. Huge value and life hack. Highly recommend!

My 40lb Amstaff will destroy a tennis ball in hours. We’ve been fetching with one of these for weeks. Dogs are yellow-blue colorblind so see these yellow ones. They bounce so have action, and have heft so you can get one out there. Highly recommended fetch ball over all others.

I bought the lacrosse balls to use for a core/weight for a heaving line on a boat. They were worked fine for that project. The down side wasn't the balls. The problem was, I was told they would arrive Saturday and they didn't show up then. I was not notified that they were running late until they were already late. As a result...I ended up being late preparing the heaving lines. I was then told that they would arrive on Monday. Again...they did not show up on Monday. They finally arrived Tuesday. Amazon hands off their deliveries to USPS instead of following n g through with their "free next day delivery". The lacrosse balls were fine. The delivery service...not so much.

These were a real hit (no pun intended) with my grandson, who is a Lacrosse player. They are sturdy and he LOVED having so many of them in the package!

I got a six-pack of these bad boys in yellow, and they are nice and bouncy, and fairly easy to find in deep grass. I basically got them because I found a yellow lacrosse ball in my house that I had forgotten about, started throwing that against a wall at work, since it's similar in weight to a baseball but a lot more bouncy, then promptly lost it under the fence and down the hill at work. I have since lost two of the new balls under the fence at work, recovered both of them, then lost one of them again. So I have five left. These balls are great for breaking in new baseball gloves, and also to use as a massage ball to ease your sore back and arm muscles.

i have used many different types of balls for massage (spiky balls, baseball, tennis ball, dollar store balls etc) without effective results. My physiotherapist recommended i use Lacrosse balls as they adhere better to the walls, and if i buy the white/gray ones they won't stain my walls, and that lacrosse balls provide just the right amount of pressure. And he was absolutely right! These are way cheaper than the legit massage balls and they work way better, and they don't roll off the wall and get away from me. I bought a packet of six. They smell like brand new tennis balls when you open a canister. No lingering smell or foul smells. After years of trying different massage balls, i can finally do all those myofascial release exercises for my hip, shoulder and lower back.

Best balls for dog throwing ever

Not bad lacrosse balls for the price. Good bounce, not bad durability. The only issue I really have with them is they smell pretty bad, and the reason I bought them was to use as dog toys, so my dog didn’t like the taste much. But you can remove the odour if you soak them for a while.
