Follow the directions and be happy. Good size, versatility and lightweight design for most cooking. and use medium heat, use a high smoke point oil ..like Avocado (not olive oil) and do not use spray oils. Handle stays cool and works as described, clean when cool with non abrasive sponge or similar. I like using silicone type utensils to reduce risk of damage.

Bought the small pan and since it worked so well, I bought the bigger pan. It’s truly amazing, nothing sticks. I did potatoes, pancakes, eggs. Everything slid out. And, cleaning is a breeze.

I love this pan. It heats up quickly and cleans easily.

The good: Fantastic non-stick pan for the price. Not having to work around rivets/fasteners inside the pan is such a nice little luxury The bad: No matter how careful you are, using only high smoke point oils, no sprays, and silicon utensils, hand washing, etc. This pan will last, at most, two years before becoming non-non-stick if you use it daily. It's just the nature of the beast The ugly: When your pan arrives, check it carefully for imperfections in the surface. Use it daily for a week, and note any indication of gaps in the non-stick coating. If you notice anything off, exchange it for a new plan. I'm on my third pan in three years, but this one has imperfections that I missed upon arrival, and three months in it's already lost its non-stick coating. QC is letting sub-par products slip out the door

Does not live up to the hype. Food started sticking from the beginning and has just gotten worse. The food sticking has stained the pan slightly. Not worth its value. Missed the return window due to a busy summer so will just have to throw it out.

I recently added the GreenPan Rio Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 10" Frying Pan Skillet to my kitchen arsenal, and it has exceeded all my expectations! It gives me peace of mind knowing that I’m using a healthier option for my cooking. The ceramic material heats evenly, ensuring consistent cooking results every time. Durability and Construction: The pan feels solid and well-constructed, with a sturdy aluminum base that promotes even heat distribution. I’ve used it daily for several weeks, and it shows no signs of wear or scratches. Easy to Clean: Cleanup is a breeze! The nonstick surface makes washing up quick and easy. I often just wipe it down with a damp cloth, and it's good as new. It’s also dishwasher safe, which adds to its convenience. Ergonomic Design: The handle is comfortable to grip and stays cool during cooking, which is a significant safety feature. The lightweight design makes it easy to maneuver, whether I'm flipping pancakes or transferring food to a plate.

I replaced this pan after 3 or 4 years because my nylon utensils eventually affected / scratched the coating ( be sure to use only silicone or wood). So Out of all the ceramic pans I have seen and tried, I prefer this greenpan model over all of them, especially for my eggs. It is the perfect size and very lightweight, cooks evenly as well as distributs heat evenly, comfortable to use, nothing sticks and it washes well (handwash only for long-lasting use). The bottom is flat without anything that will cause scratches to an electric glass top stove. I was going to purchase another brand, but realized this checks all the boxes I want and need in my egg pan.

I have both the larger and smaller frying pans from this line, and we use them on an almost daily basis. They work beautifully and I’m comforted in knowing ceramic nonstick is safer than TFal etc. That being said, it’s important to know how to care for these products, because the interior being so light, you will find these pans do stain, and using products that are too abrasive can easily ruin the non stick coating. I find that boiling a mix of water and white vinegar when the interior gets stained helps keep them clean. Soaking in hot water and blue dawn for lesser soiling is plenty effective, also. These can go in the dishwasher but I choose to hand-wash mine to help them last longer. These cook evenly and the non stick aspect is beautiful - I’ve yet to fight anything out of this plan LOL Great for the price!

Die Pfanne ist perfekt. Besser als jede Teflonpfanne. Bis jetzt noch nichts angebrannt. Die Pfanne lässt sich leicht reinigen. Mit Küchenpapier auswischen und ab in die Spülmaschine.

There should be a warranty on this. Since I bought it, it has never been non-stick. It’s a total nightmare to cook in and clean. I’m throwing it away. I will never buy green pan again.

Received it just on time for pancake day, used it a few times now... its an absolute dream. Proper non stick, looks gorgeous, light and easy to clean. Will definitely buy more from this company. I researched it and it is credible non toxic which is what i was looking for. Cant say for durability yet but i will do my best to look after it. The only 'downside' is - it is suggested not to use spray oil which is a bit awkward, however you really dont have to use more than a few drops of oil with this pan.

It does not work with high end Miele induction hob. Description and on the bottom of the pan induction is marked as suitable but it is not.
