These are awesome for BJJ
After hurting my ears I brought these in to give my ears a break. I thought I would hate them but they are fine. Hardly noticed them, didnโt get choked by them and they relieved pressure in headlocks. Almost cheating to use them. Very easy to wash. Just chucked them in the laundry.
