Love the knives, the stand.. not so much
Always wanted a set of global knives, so I splashed out and treated myself. The knives don't disappoint, extremely sharp and seem to be keeping their edge if well looked after. They are all comfortable to hold too, aswell as looking great There's a decent selection, although I can already see a few knives I'll probably use a lot less than others. The knife block is a bit less impressive, it's kinda cumbersome and difficult to identify which knife you want. I think in hindsight, to be honest I wish I just bought a magnetic knife strip, then cherry-picked a smaller set of global knives I wanted.

Very unhygienic handles
These knives have small dimples all over the handles which inevitably fill up with food matter and are very difficult to clean, so I have to say the knives are extremely unhygienic

Super Set für ambitionierte Köche
Super Messer und ein toller Messerblock mit Platz für 5 weitere Messer und einen Wetzstahl. Messer sind sehr scharf und man hat so ziemlich alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir haben noch einen passenden Keramik Wetzstahl dazu gekauft der das Set toll komplettiert.

Hochwertiges Produkt zu hohem Preis
Hallo, das Messerset mit Messerblock ist wirklich wunderbar, hochwertige Qualität zum auch nicht billigen Preis. Es handelt sich um markenware mit Profi-Qualität. Leider hat ein Messer enorme Beschädigungen an der Schneide. Diese müssen durch neues scharfen ausgemerzt werden, bitte siehe Bilder. Das sollte in dieser Preisklasse mit diesem Qualitätsanspruch nicht passieren. Deshalb nur vier von fünf Sterne. Grüße Kurzer Nachtrag: Trotz wenigem gebrauch ist bei einem Messer inmitten der Klinge ein kleines dreieckiges Metallstück aus der Klinge ausgebrochen. Dies ist bei der Handreinigung passiert, wie das geschehen kann ist mir ein Rätsel.
