I got the lights June 2021, it's November 2021 and I can't wait to get rid of them! (the only reason I've kept them is bc school and work have kept me too busy and my apartment bedroom is too dark without any lights and they're the only lights in here rn) From the day I put these lights up the colors have not once matched up with the buttons on the remote. The strips have never been a solid color, there's always some random color gradient somewhere on the strip of lights. Aside from the "solid color" buttons on the remote and the on/off button, none of the other buttons and features work. No DIY setting buttons or arrow buttons to adjust the lights color work so I can't customize the lights colors, and the other modes other than the basic consistently on button (ex. flash, fade, jump, quick, and others) don't work! Like I said the solid color buttons don't match up with the colors that show up in the lights! I press the red button, green and orange lights come on, press the blue button and pink and yellow lights come on, etc. The lights also have some weird connection to the Roku tv remote bc I'll press the buttons don't the remote when watching TV and the lights flash random colors or the colors change when I change the TV's volume??? Lastly, the adhesive was garbage when I tried putting the lights up back in June and since then the strips have been detaching and falling from the walls. The only reason they've partially stayed up was bc I had to add poster tack/putty to keep them up! I'm ordering new lights from a different brand that I know for sure are better bc my brother got them the same day I ordered these ones and his work MUCH better! These lights from this brand are garbage and I don't recommend them ever to anyone! Waste of time and money.

They were easy to install and were good for a solid year. Some of the bulbs on the strip however wouldn't match the light setting you would have on though. You could have a white light setting on and have a couple of bulbs be purple and yellow for example randomly. This problem gets worse the longer you have them. Also they recently died as i bought these June 2023 and its Feb 2026. They started to flicker out and next thing I knew they wouldn't stop flickering. They don't really connect to the app either and supports email for it doesn't work. Overall, they had a decent run but there's a reason there cheap.

These were a complete disappointment. I could not get them to work with either the app or the remote. This is a waste of money. The app is rated low in the Play Store and requires an account just to use. I was able to connect to the strip lights, but any change I made in the app showed as successful without actually doing anything. The lights never turned on despite showing connected. The remote is very poorly built. It’s just a thin plastic housing with a printed sheet of buttons sitting on top of the electronics. That would be tolerable if it worked, but it didn’t. I tried several new batteries inserted correctly and the lights never responded. After a few battery changes, the sled got stuck and the battery slipped into a gap between the flimsy button sheet and the housing. When I managed to pull it out, the battery compartment pushed in farther than it should and a section of the housing broke. The installation instructions are terrible, and the app isn't much help. For the price, I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I did expect them to at least power on. Unfortunately, these never worked at all, and the poor build quality of the remote made things worse. My kids were really looking forward to these, and this turned out to be a letdown.

I guess you get what you pay for. These lights are useless. The lights do not work and the remote does not work. When I was installing, the colors on certain parts of the strips got messed up. Parts of the strips no longer turn on. The connections go out when there are any kinks in the strip, so if you turn a corner the strip will go out. It took me forever to install the lights because of this, and I still can't get it to work properly. On top of that, the remote stopped working on the second day. Now the remote only changes it from blue to green, and nothing else. I can't even turn the lights off with the remote; I have to manually unplug them. Now I will have to uninstall the entire thing. A complete waste of time and money. The adhesion is five stars... impossible to remove. It leaves behind residue and is so strong that it has torn the wood stain coating off my bookshelf. These lights have caused me nothing but problems. I'm worse off than I was before I ordered them.

Very flimsy! I taped it up temporarily to see how I liked it, them I peeled the backing off to hang up permanently and it tore completely in half and a hole formed in the other strip and half of it doesn't work!! I have missed the return cut off date so now it goes in the trash!

I have had these lights for 2 years now and at first they were great. The app worked wonderfully. They were easy to use. Now the app has constant crappy ads and doesn't connect to the lights. I usually have to close the app and open the app four to five times to get it to connect to control. This problem didn't start till recently and now that my lights are up and have been for 2 years they will now damage the paint when I pull them down. So I'm now stuck with these lights and their crappy app as I search to find a connector that maybe will work better.

This is the second time I’ve purchased these lights, and the quality has dropped dramatically since the first set I purchased. The lights seem to be fine, but the adhesive is horrible, thirty minutes after instillation the lights started to detach from the wall, I reapplied them and a few hours later a different area detached from the wall, and over and over again. Save your money.

DOES IT STICK GOOD?! - NOT AT ALL The first one I got was broken so I had Amazon send me a replacement and it was good it worked and I was excited, however it only stuck to my walls on the side that you see in the first picture just perfectly the right after putting it up. HOWEVER the other side in the second picture, did not want to stick AT ALL so me trying to make this work, I used this adhesive for washers/dryers and it worked [ had to stick MULTIPLE pieces of it within every 1/2 inch or so ] INCONVENIENT as heck. I shouldn’t even have to do that. But whatever I did, only to that sides that wouldn’t stick which you’ll see in the last 2 pictures are the ones with the lights still perfectly up. [because of the washer adhesive] literally the next day the lights on the walls by my door started coming off a tiny bit so I would just stick it back up annoying but fixable, until eventually it didn’t want to stick at all and if it falls it’s hevy so it peeled the rest of the lights off with it. I could go ahead and fix it w more washer adhesive but it’s so tedious and took me an hour, I don’t have the time to do that for a product that doesn’t work. DO THE LIGHTS/ REMOTE WORK? - YES The lights itself are pretty bright, wish the white was brighter but personal preference, the colors are very vivid which is nice and the remote is fantastic. No complains there CONCLUSION: I would just try a different company unless you use hooks or something else to stick it because the adhesive backing is not strong enough and is just gonna stay up for a day or two.

Work great easy to install and can be vary bright I’ve had them on for three hours with full brightness and so far theee are no problems
