Works Great and Keeps Dentures FreshI’ve been using these cleaning tablets regularly and they work very well. They help keep my dentures clean, fresh, and free of odors. I’ve been using these Efferdent cleaner tablets for my Invisalign aligners, and they work great. The instructions were very clear and simple to follow — just drop a tablet in warm water and let it soak. It only takes a few minutes, which makes it super convenient for daily use.After soaking my aligners, they come out looking noticeably cleaner and clearer. It really helps remove buildup and leaves them smelling fresh instead of having that typical “plastic” or stale odor. I really love how well these clean my oral appliance for sleep apnea (not CPAP). It is really easy to use, just toss one tab in to medium hot water and add your oral appliance (dentures, retainer, OMAD, etc). Watch it fizz up and wait at least 3 minutes for the bubbles to do their work! I typically leave my oral appliance in the solution for the day (morning to bedtime) which the package states is safe usage of the product and will not harm the appliance. My sleep dentist has remarked about how clean and unscratched my appliance is. I owe this to the efferdent cleaning tabs. There is no residue to remove, just rinse your oral appliance with water after removing it from the solution. The tablet fully dissolves so there is no durability to the product itself, though I'd say it may increase the durability of your appliance.I am taking one star off due to the lack of or poor taste/scent from these tabs. They do not give a fresh feeling even though they are clean and safe to use. I have used the mint flavored variety of these tabs before with great success in terms of taste and freshness. If these were the mint flavored ones, they would get a full 5 stars.

I"ve used this tabs for years to clean a bite plate and they do a great job! They even do a great job if I use only half a tablet. So you might be able to economize that way. But the duration the tablet is at work is important. Even a full tab doesn't do a great job if you pull it out after 2 minutes. Give a full or half it at least 5 – or 25 to work and you'll be very happy with the results. Long ago I tried other tablets and gave up on them. These work and are easily available. They come in cards of 6 with a perforation down the center so you can work with 3 tabs on your counter. There's no way to easily separate the 3 tabs; you just have to do some tearing to get them out. It's important to me too that they are NOT mint flavored, as a lot of dental items are. I'm mint allergic. So these are just clean and fresh!

This is a great alternative to clear braces cleaner without the price. I have been using this stuff for the past 2 years for my clear braces and retainers. It keeps them clean, and clear. I soak them with a tab in cool water daily and have not had any issues with yellowing or buildup. I recommend!

Works great and the price was right for so many tablets. Nothing negative to say about these. My retainer comes out sparkly clean.

I drink a ton of coffee and tea, so my palate expander gets some seriously tough stains. This stuff is an absolute lifesaver!I literally just drop one tablet into a cup with hot water, leave my tray in it overnight, and that's it. By the morning, the stains are basically gone. I barely even have to brush anything off at all. If you have an expander or retainer, you need to try this!

I use this for cleaning my teeth protector and it works amazingly well! It leaves it looking and feeling like new every time. Highly recommend!

Definitely not as effective as other tablets like Polident or Pearlie white. My retainers still had some lingering foul smell with it, which other brands could eliminate. i tested this a few times to be sure.
