This supplement is incredible. It was recommended to me by AI (Grok) given my health issues, and I am eternally grateful. Based on my health history, I decided to take the maximum dose for 8 weeks. Currently in the 3rd week, entering 4th. I’ve had exceptional body cleaning BMs, stabilization of blood work, and a few hard core deep sleep sessions that was described to me by ChatGPT as deep restorative sleep. Naturally, when starting a new supplement you do a cost/benefit analysis on the constituent components. If I had an enemy—even a mild enemy—I would NOt tell him or her of this miraculous product!!! I began feeling positive effects by day three. After a week and a half, I felt more energetic, less brain fog, and just a better sense of well being. Recommend this to your good friends and family. Of course check with your doctor first.

Maybe it's placebo effect but I feel a little less sore a week in. Will be paying attention to results. At least it has good reviews regarding potency. Seems to be a good brand.
