I need a replacement steering wheel for my son's Hauck Highlander; not easy to find, does anyone have a source?

Other than the manufacturer, I do not know where you can find a replacement steering wheel.

How do I get parts for this go cart?

contact the manufacturer. Steering wheel broke on ours because teenagers were playing on it and I contacted the manufacturer and they sent one for free.

How do you change from forward to reverse and how is this different than the Sirroco?

It's a pedal car, pedaling forward propels it forward, conversely, pedaling it backward, propels it in reverse. The brake is a lever, on the side, you pull up on. I'm unfamiliar with the Sirroco.

is there a height restriction?my grandson is around 54 inches tall

My son is 50" tall with a 23" inseam and he's already having problems. I suggest that you look at some other vehicle.
