Is there a panty line when I’m wearing leggings?

Probably not. Not sure how thin your leggings are, but these underwear are really thin so they’re pretty seamless. They stay in place 1000% better than other seamless undies I’ve bought too, and still don’t give me lines.

Would these fit a man comfortably?

I don't feel that they will hold in the right places, my nephew has the same issues with his thong so I would recommend a wider back and crotch type of thong for what your looking for, another brand finendo I believe may have the type your looking for and will have the comfort level as well
