A: There is a button on the front. One for hot water and one for cold.

A: No drain required!

A: The water comes out very clean ! The machine includes 3 types of filters and it won’t work unless filters are used. 
They suggest to change the filters every 6-9 months . A light will come on to tell you when to replace filters.

A: Hello,

The unit needs to be connected to your waterline. It filters the water coming from your water source. Hope this makes sense.

### ⭐⭐ Cheaply made barely made it over a year before it quit working.

Unit only lasted a little over a year before it just quit operating. when the unit arrived and we un packed it it looked pretty nice, we liked the soft touch controls but you could also tell it looked a little "cheap" the soft touch panel it attached by double sided tape and came off on us, it was easy to get back on though. the unit seemed to work pretty good up until about a week ago when it just quit working, we un plugged it and let it set overnight and it worked great the next day then quit working again, we suspect it freezes up. so product support or replacement parts from what we read on other reviews so we opted to replace it with a "better unit".
