This computer is what you would expect. It’s not a super powerful computer but if you need something for simple things, this computer does a good job. I would not recommend this computer for gaming or if you’re looking for upgrade potential. If you’re doing stuff like Word Processing (like Microsoft Word) or just need something for YouTube or Facebook this is fine. Also, the display that came with the computer is surprisingly clear and sharp.When i first received this computer, I had issues with the WiFi dongle and the flash drive. BEFORE I even had time to reach out, the seller proactively contacted me and asked about the computer. I explained what was going on and he immediately responded with troubleshooting steps. I had already done the troubleshooting so once I explained that he immediately sent out a replacement flash drive and WiFi adapter at no charge with no fuss. Great job!

This computer came exactly as described. Very impressed. Only a small scratch on the base of monitor but no biggie. I would for sure purchase again from them.

No one told me that the usb receiver for the keyboard and mouse is stored inside the mouse. So I ended up with 2 sets. I didn't care for the way the keys clicked or the size and shape of the enter key, so I replaced with something else. No option for anything but wireless, though, as there are no ports on the super mini desktop box.The monitor size is great, but it would not stay in a lowered position that I need. Pretty much tried everything.I needed to upgrade to a newer version of Windows, that was my main reason for buying this system. I am quite happy now that I've resolved problems I wasn't expecting to have. :) I will buy again, but perhaps a full size model, with ports for wired network and keyboard/mouse.

We had high hopes, but they were dashed. The CD drive doesn’t work and it is next to impossible to get the CD out of the machine. Think long and hard before you invest in this machine. Sure, Amazon will take it back, but they won’t reimburse us for the time lost in opening the package, setting it up only to find that it’s defective, repackaging the thing, and then delivering it to the UPS store. I guess the moral of the story is not to buy refurbished. We won’t again.

I needed a Windows 10 PC for two of my craft machines, (abhor Windows 10), but needed it small enough so I could still use my awesome Windows 7 PC. Small and mighty! No problems, so far. Everything was as described and worked out of the box.

Arrived late. Well packaged. Great quality and looks like new. Missing power cord for Moniter and the WiFi pen drive was damaged but was able to fix. Keyboard and mouse don’t work.Performance is excellent, everything works. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I’m giving this 3 stars because of some of the hardware. It was very easy to set up and has been working well. But half of my USB ports don’t work and the monitor is too old to include an HDMI port.

that it is working better then the one I was using. This one is a racehorse compared to the one I had been using, yes it is fast. I am still learning to use it and all it will do. I am glad I got it
