Future Diary: Complete Series [Blu-ray]

If this is something that you like then get it. Physical copies are becoming more and more rare, but right now the prices are lower than they have ever been, so go for it. It is better to physically own the things that you like because then you can watch them whenever you want, and if you have kids or ever do end up with kids, you’ll be able to show them the fantastic things without having to worry about them finding stuff you don’t want them to see.

this anime brought together sensationalism unfounded at the time. Together with the internet. Amazing artist. Talented mangaka. A horror psychological series you'll never forget.Animes soul food. A damn shame as most "hated" anime during this time can't see past some of the presentation and challenges the characters face.Unforgettable lessons that will certainly teach young and older folk the importance of knowing your limits as they face survival.

An excellent way to watch the anime if your a fan of Future Diary. You also get a digital download code inside that you can redeem through Funimation. This lets you watch it through the Funimation platform at anytime and even download it to your device for times when you have no internet access or Blu-ray capabilities. The Blu-rays themselves have options for both the original Japanese version with English subtitles and the English dubbed version. It will default to the English dubbed version by default but if your like me and prefer the original Japanese version you will need to go in the menu settings and change it before playing.Picture quality is great and it’s nice to know I can watch it anytime without worrying about Funimation or CrunchyRoll removing it from the platform. It’s also great having the bonus final episode that was released later on included with the set. Most platforms do not have the bonus episode so you have to hunt it down.I highly recommend purchasing this Blu-ray if your a fan of Future Diary. Whether it’s to rewatch the series or watch it for your first time, you will not be disappointed with this series. It is a bit pricey but good luck finding it cheaper in new condition anywhere else. It’s worth the price in my opinion.

I don't make reviews often but I had to for this show but nonetheless, I will keep it pretty simple and spoiler-free.This anime has a simple enough premise: Win the game by being the last one standing and become the next God. The two characters you see in this cover are Yukiteru Amano (The boy who's blushing and a little freaked out) and Yuno Gasai (The pink haired one who looks like she's having a blast). Both of these characters are essentially the main protagonists and you will be following them as they try to survive against the other opponents and hopefully win the game. I won't go into further about the plot because anymore is redundant and anything that isn't will be a spoil, but I do want to mention something that made me love this show.The character interaction in this show is amazing. They start off very familiar but they are truly anything but that. Every one of the characters who are in the game are different from each other, both in motivation and in methodology. These characters also do something that a lot of anime don't, and that is they allow even the most unrelated characters to interact with each other in entertaining ways.Overall this show is something that will be entertaining almost to every one and is really just an all around great anime, with the only weakness being in one character: Yuki. He is someone I tend to love, then hate, then love again (not in that order). Without being too critical I will say that his character is a very pathetic one, with his every motivation being based off very bad naivety or something else equally annoying(again trying to avoid spoilers). Depending on your personal preferences Yuki will be someone you will admonish by the end or continue to remember as someone who was annoying. To this day I am still mixed.

I love the show so much. This all in one edition was everything I was hoping for.

Si quieres pasar un buen rato con un anime descaradamente "edgy" este no te va a decepcionar. Definitivamente la mejor época para ver esta serie es en la adolescencia, pero los adultos también podemos reír de lo pretencioso y rebuscado de sus historias.
