This is an excellent! Even though they were new, I trusted my instincts that this product would work. I ordered this product due to my stomach pains and some other issues such as fatigue and feeling uncomfortable in my stomach. Well, my stomach pains stopped, and I feel lighter. Most importantly, my digestion is happening easier when I eat. To test to make sure it was the probiotic, I stopped taking them and on March 12, 2018 and by March 17, 2018 the stomach pain returned after I ate my food. So I know that it works. Also, I find it amazing that the probiotic was in my body that good during the entire 5 days without taking me taking them. Especially since I had just started taking them on March 1,2018.Also, I take my probiotic at night or towards the evening, because my I take my other vitamins and mineral in the morning like Colloidal Silver, (Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium), fish oil, coconut oil, garlic, Echinacea, and biotin. . The Colloidal silver helps "reduce" any bad bacteria, and the probiotic helps you to have the more "good" bacteria. So from research I learned that you do not want to take them together as each need time to do their job. I just felt better with taking the probiotic at night so that it can work while I am sleep and I typically have a gentle poop in the morning.after my coffee.

I started using this product to relieve my unexplained stomach cramping and bloating. I usually just take one pill a day along with an 8 oz glass of water, after my heaviest meal. It has relieved my stomach upset and I have noticed that it also seems to eliminate sugar cravings, assisting me with my weight loss goals. I did a fair amount of research before taking this product. I selected The Inner Health Advanced Probiotic because it was a multi-strain, and it didn't have to be refrigerated. I also feel that it is reasonably priced. As a result, I plan on continuing to take this product.

I have tended towards constipation ever since childhood, and the situation improved immediately when I started taking probiotics a couple decades ago. I've been using this particular brand for years now and along with eating a healthy diet with lots of fruits, vegetables and natural fiber, the problem has totally disappeared!

Stomach issues drove me to purchase a slew of products and this one worked the best, fastest, and had the best effect. I tend to get stomach cramps and they hurt badly. This probiotic is the one thing that allows me to eat regular food again when I want. I can take this probiotic on an empty stomach and it will work for me fine, no side effects. This probiotic managed to keep me in good health as a nasty stomach bug went around my office and the bug swept through our staff.

It was a fine product, no tummy aches taking it. But we didn't think it really did anything. It was just taking a pill and wondering if it was working. Who knows.

I've been on this probiotic for only about three days. So far I have had no problems with it. I was looking for one that contains the exact ingredients as this does because I read that this group is necessary for optimum gut health.
