How does the UK charger attachment fit to the charger?

Make sure the two prongs for the European charger are folded in, then slide the English adapter into the slot.

Has anyone managed to get the uk plug onto the charger? mine does not fit. only the eu plug slides in. help!

I had a little bit of difficulty sliding it on; it needed a bit of a push before snapping into place. If that doesn't work for you, try an EU-to-UK adaptor.

Can it be used on lower part of face?

I do so all the time, on the lowest speed, just touching your face and no more, same with using it sideways.
