Beadsmith Jeweller's Micro Pliers Chain Flat Nose

I love these cheap pliers. I make jewelry and have gone through many pliers of various prices throughout the years. I really like these because they are small, lightweight and have a narrow tip and smooth handles. They are comfortable to work with and affordable enough to buy a few pairs and not be stressed should they break or if the metal scratches. The spring is decent though I can tell they will eventually break. I have been using these for 9 months almost daily and have been happy with how they hold up. I would recommend these for professionals and hobbyist.

While these chain nose pliers are a low priced, they seem of reasonable quality for the money. They are not of super high quality, though. I usually pay more for these at Gem and Jewelry show. I just haven't been in a while and I needed a new pair as my other has worn out. I can't tell you how long these will last as I haven't used them very long. I'll update the review if this changes. For now, they seem nicely built and have worked well for my needs so far. One thing I will say is that the double-leaf spring is usually weakest part of these types of pliers and will likely be the first thing to wear out. The reason I've removed one star, they're not quite as pointy or as evenly rounded as I was hoping. My last pair were a bit more pointed and rounded than this pair. It will work for my needs. Such is what you get for less than $7.

I've had this for over a month now and I am IN LOVE with these. I use flat nose pliers for my jewelry business daily, and this pair is easy to use, has good tension, nice grip on the handles, comfortable to hold! It's small and not cumbersome, so when I am doing detail work or need to get into a small space, they do the trick! There might be fancier flat nose pliers out there that work better, but these suit my jewelry needs and the price is very fair, especially considering the quality of this flat nose pliers.

These were just what I needed. I had left my pliers in another state where I have jewelry inventory and needed them for instant repairs at shows. I find that I really need two---one to hold the wire an the other to pull it. There are all kinds of pliers one needs in the business but these are the basics and impossible to do without.I also find Beadsmith to offer great products and have a lot of their items in my work room.

These are the same pliers others sell for 10.00. Fast delivery, everything as expected. The pliers fit nicely even in my small hand. Excellent purchase all around!

I love this pair of pliers. I use them to make earrings and bracelets. They hold even tiny jump rings securely (I use it in conjunction with a pair of stainless steel cuticle clippers, it works great). The steel is nice, shiny and clean; no black markings to get on your projects.Are these the greatest pliers available? Likely not, but for the money they work great and I do recommend them.

The pliers are sturdy and easy to hold and work with. The come to a fine point so you can get into small spaces.I would recommend these.

I've had the round nose pliers for years, and made do, wishing I had the flat nose ones as well. Suddenly, I realized that I COULD ORDER THEM FROM AMAZON! So I did! Now we are living happily ever after, the three of us, in my basement, making jewelry. The end! ;)

These flat nose pliers work great. They are slender enough to get into the smallest places of my wirewrapping that needs adjustment without spreading apart the surrounding wires. I recommend them to friends and colleagues for fine work.

Again, like the other Beadsmith pliers I bought, these feel small in the hand and require quite a bit of pressure to hold items. If you have a larger hand, these may not be for you.

They work great, feel strong and comfortable. Will buy from again.
