Hi, No noise from my monitor when using with usb c, DisplayPort or hdmi. I use the internal speakers, no issues so far.

Is there wall bracket for philips brilliance 346p1crh?

Whether Philips offer one I don't know. However, it has standard VESA mounting holes and I use a VESA 100 x 100 mm bracket to mount mine to the wall behind my desk

what is the minimum height of the screen on the lowest stand setting? Will it fit into a space which is 50 cm in height?

Yes on the lowest stand setting the height is 47cm alternatively you could also mount it on a vesa bracket for less than £15
