Zip off the sleeves on this wind and water resistant shell and you now have a Vest, plenty of pockets to store your keys or change all the while in a very lightweight wind and water resistant fabric.

Perfect for the price
I am 5' 3" and about 120 pounds. I purchased a medium. It fits me pretty well. It's neither too baggy nor to tight. The sleeves are just a little restrictive when I extend my arms in front of me (i.e. reaching forward and down to pick something up off the ground). The bottom of the jacket is a little tight when bending or sitting, but the tension can be released by zipping the two-way zipper up a little from the bottom. The sleeves zip off to convert to a vest. Like another review said, they don't seem to be of a very high quality; they get stuck at the bottom. The pocket in the back has two sewn-in straps (I'm not sure exactly how to use them, but they're there). This jacket is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something highly visible (specifically bright yellow and reflective) for riding/running. It is a very bright yellow and has reflective elements on both the back and the front. My favorite thing about the jacket is the price; it's less than half of what you would pay for a similar item from Pearl Izumi or Under Armor.

Nice jacket but very tight around the hips
This was bought for my wife. The jacket was nice and light and was everything we expected except for the sizing. The area around the hips was very tight so we returned it. If it had been 2 to 3 inches wider it would have been perfect. Otherwise the sizing was fine. I think its probably tailored for a thinner frame.

Nice quality riding jacket
I love the fit of this jacket. It is long enough to cover my booty and I am 6 feet tall so this is a great find! I ordered a large and it fit perfectly. The sleeves zip off for warmer weather. I did not rate the warmth of the jacket because I am still waiting for the snow to melt! This is a lightweight jacket and feels like it will be a great windbreaker and protect from a light rain as well.

Poor fit
I purchased this item on Nov 1 for my wife for CHRISTMAS. When my wife opened the package on Christmas morning she tried on the jacket. The fit at the waist was much to tight. Our daughter has the same jacket in the same size and it fits my wife fine. This jacket was made differently and is improperly sized. I tried to return the jacket and found that there was no returns after Dec 1. What do I do with a product that does not fit?

It's better than not having a jacket.
With just one review in this listing, I looked up reviews in other places before purchasing, and you might want to do the same. You don’t even have to find another website - there are some more reviews on Amazon, in a separate listing for what appears to be the same jacket in a different color. Several of the reviews I read mentioned that the jacket was cut very strangely, and this is completely true. This is the most bizarrely fitted article of clothing I’ve ever tried on. Most of my other coats are a size small, but I purchased the medium because I can often go either way and many reviewers said to size up. It fits comfortably in the shoulders, arms, and chest, with plenty of room to move or layer. The sleeves are a bit long, which is not a bad thing for riding a bike. However, I do have hips than are wider than my waist, and this jacket isn’t really designed to accommodate that. It has a straight seam from the armpits to hem, with a slight taper inward. This would be in contrast to all other pieces of clothing designed to fit a woman’s body, which generally have a slight hourglass curve. I cannot zip up this jacket without hiking the hem up several inches, above my hips, although I can pull it back down for a snug fit once it has been zipped. It does come down quite long in the back, and covers most of my rear. Luckily, it has a two-way zip, so you can unzip the bottom a few inches to loosen things up. Although, the zipper seems pretty cheap, and may break after some usage. It also has a drawstring around the hem, which is pretty laughable under the circumstances. I cannot imagine anyone actually being able to use the drawstring, ever.I’m not into vests, so I’m not planning on using the convertibility feature, but you can also just unzip the arms slightly to get some good armpit ventilation. The tag says it can be converted into a waist pack, which can be accomplished pretty easily by turning the back pocket inside out and stuffing the jacket inside. You could fit some other small items in the pouch, too, like a modestly sized wallet, cell phone, and keys, and the elastic straps do fit around my waistband. The jacket is very lightweight, because it’s really just a single layer of really thin fabric. It’s functional as a windbreaker, but don’t confuse it with the idea of a jacket that actually imparts warmth, because it cannot really be expected to do so.If you have any convexity in your belly, this jacket will make you look fat. If you are actually a little bit plump, it will not fit. At least, not in anything approaching a size you usually wear. It’s a little baggy in the back around the waist, which is not particularly flattering, but presumably might come in handy if I were trying to use the back pocket. It also makes a valiant effort at trying to conceal the fact that I have breasts, but does not completely succeed. All that being said, I’m keeping it. I thought about exchanging it for a larger size, but I’m pretty sure it would be way to big up top. At 86% off the list price, it’s a pretty good value, and I think it will adequately fulfill my needs of something to wear when riding my bike to work on slightly chilly mornings. Also, I like the color. But, if you’re looking to spend more than $20 on a jacket, I would look elsewhere. At that price point, I would have higher standards for a jacket, including luxury amenities like room for my hips.

Worthwhile Jacket
I bought my sister and I each one of these jackets when the forecast for a lengthy road ride we signed up for took a turn for the worse. The jackets (medium for both of us, though we typically wear size small) were a very nice length; longer in the back and with a cinch to tighten the bottom. The color (killer yellow) was highly reflective even in the dark, inclement weather. The material was sufficiently wind and waterproof. No problems at all with the zippers. Pockets were easy to access while riding. The whole jacket is light enough to zip into the back pocket which becomes a small pack. Overall, we were very happy with this product for the price and time frame.

Nice Jacket, But Not For Pear-Shaped Bodies
I'm giving a 5-star rating even though I'm returning the jacket. It was good quality and had a lot of attractive features (pockets, zip off sleeves, bright color). Unfortunately, as with a lot of cycling tops, it didn't fit my pear-shaped body type. The bottom hem has no stretch to it and I had to hike it up above my hips to zip it. Since I'm small on top, the chest and shoulders were huge. If you're a pear-shaped gal, this may not be the jacket for you. For reference, I ordered a Large - I'm 5'2", 145 lbs, Size M tops and Size 10 bottoms. The search continues!

XL is a cyclist's XL - not real life!
Oh, I wish I could keep this jacket! It's so well made has all the features I wanted and is light weight and impossible to miss on the road! But...I'm a Canadian sized 14 with a curvy body (not a pencil thin cyclist). The zipper is no where close to coming together on me. Sigh... maybe I will order the men's and see what happens!

Fit as expected. Lots of pockets and lightweight.
Bought a M and fits perfectly. Like all the pockets esp the back one which I can put my wallet- even side pockets are big enough for my iphone7 plus phone.
