Review: It sucks - It sucks. I like it has a spin brush. Leaves vacuum lines on my couch. Kinda loud, but not bad. Seems well made so far and easy to dump the dirt out. Battery life is not great so don’t expect to do any big cleans with this, but for small quick spills it works great. Also my toddler likes to use it as a regular vacuum on the floor with the spin brush so any free cleaning services are appreciated.

**Q: For the pro plus (ch951), can or should it be left plugged in all the time when idle? or should it remain unplugged after fully charged?**
A: We would like to inform you that this vacuum can be left on the charger when not in use.

**Q: Does it come with a charging adaptor?**
A: It comes with a cord with a black box that plugs into a 110 receptacle on the wall and a round plug that fits into the vacuum on the other.  I keep mine plugged in and charging all of the time.  This is a great little machine, powerful suction, easy to handle and empty, even for my arthritic hands!  Shark products cannot be beat.  I have 5 and love all of them.

**Q: Can the rechargeable battery be replaced by the owner when it finally wears out?**
A: According to the user manual, there are no user-serviceable parts, but there is no law stopping you from attempting to replace it on your own. It's probably a battery pack of 16650 cells or something like that. Apparently SharkNinja doesn't believe in Right to Repair and supports creating more e-waste after your 1 or 2 years of warranty period.

**Q: What is the difference between pet pro plus ch951 and pet pro ch950?**
A: We can assist you with your inquiry. The difference between the CH951 and CH950 is the color of the unit and the accessories that come with the unit. The CH950 is burgundy and comes with Crevice Tool & Motorized Hand Tool and the CH951 is black and comes with Crevice Tool, Scrubbing Brush and Self-Cleaning Motorized hand tool.

It sucks. I like it has a spin brush. Leaves vacuum lines on my couch. Kinda loud, but not bad. Seems well made so far and easy to dump the dirt out. Battery life is not great so don’t expect to do any big cleans with this, but for small quick spills it works great. Also my toddler likes to use it as a regular vacuum on the floor with the spin brush so any free cleaning services are appreciated.

This is a great little handheld vacuum. It has good suction power, the different nozzles are useful for a variety of cleanup needs, and it's not too heavy. I generally use it for little spills around the house or to do a quick vacuum of my car. It's also easy to empty out - which can be frustrating on other models. I took away one star because the charge does not last a super long time. Fully charged I can do a quick vacuum of my car (an mid-sized SUV) and that's it. It usually runs out of power as I'm finishing up my car, so if you want something that is going to last a long time, this probably isn't the best choice for you. But, for small jobs around the house it's a great little handheld and I recommend it.
