I get debilitating cramps and this is literally the only thing that works so well that i can actually function like a normal human being instead of being bedridden for a week every month. Just don’t make the mistake of getting the unflavored version. The unflavored version is awful.

It works quickly
Works quickly and efficiently. BC understands the assignment whether it’s headache or muscle pain. It works effectively. I get the lemonade flavor usually due to the taste. It is an art to take it. I prefer to let it melt on my tongue and then chase it with water or mix it in a cup of water and then take it. It is a good value for the money.
