Fantastic for Video Editing and Media Consumption
It has everything I would ever want in a monitor, glad I held off and waited till I was able to get this over other monitors. The 16:10 Aspect Ratio looks great on After Effects and Gaming as coincidentally it shares the same aspect ratio as the Steam Deck. These are the best colors I've seen on a display since probably my M1 Macbook Air but it's probably better seeing how neutral it is and the anti reflective screen is really nice to see whatever is being displayed. It has 5ms latency from what I've researched and it performs perfectly for 60fps-75fps gaming which is all I need. You do have the abliity to switch inputs between Displayport, HDMI, and VGA which is great if you have a capture card and only want to use one Display for multiple devices. The stand is also pretty nice and offers a lot breathing room for your desk. It also has speakers which I wasn't expecting and its serviceable at best but its there when I need it which is perfectly fine. Only gripe is that any area that's dark and has high contrast white in the image it'll bloom a decent amount in a dark room so that's pretty annoying but usually I can turn on the lights in my room anyways which is probably better for my eyes too. Overall I would recommend this to every aspiring content creator if they're looking for an extremely high quality Display on a budget, if I had more disposable money I would absolutely have gotten a 2nd one to go with this one.

Amazing for productivity and does the job for gaming
I bought this monitor since i started editing photos on my home PC and wanted to make sure i had color accurate monitor to edit my photos in, and after doing a bunch of research this was one of the monitors that was suggested, I instantly bought it when I found out it was on sale. When I first tried it, i was able to tell that the monitor was already night and day, and instantly tried editing on the monitor and exported to check if i saw the same colors on my ipad pro and mobile phones, and they were on point. I was able to instantly tell that some of my projects was off. the pros: - $190 is hard to beat( if this is the new price and not sale price) - bright and color accurate - small bezel - can switch to sRGB to Rec.107 in settings - can be used for gaming at 75Hz - love the aspect ratio being a bit more square compared to the normal wide gives me space on top and bottom of the screen when im on lightroom and davinci - useable in multiple angles without losing picture/color quality the cons: - wished it came with its own DisplayPort cable instead of HDMI but its not that big of a deal - the speakers really isnt that loud if you expect to use it (im dont use it but its still a con for others i know) - controls kind of gets confusing

Art monitor for art purposes (complimentary)
This is a beautiful display in a fairly uncommon aspect ratio. I've liked it immensely and have had no issues with it. If you want a color accurate display that can hold a little more in its margins, it's a good option. As it is a monitor, do not use it for sound output. The on-board speaker is weak (as you might expect). I'm not even sure why it has speakers to begin with. The screen is fairly adjustable, though, if that's something you'd like to know. It's very sturdy. It's good for making art (especially visual art). Amazon has suggested that I discuss its gaming potential. It is not a gaming monitor. It will, of course, show you anything you choose to display, but you could probably do better if gaming is your interest. Still, despite Amazon's strange suggestion, I feel comfortable recommending this easily. It's a great monitor!

Very Nice Monitor for Photography for a Very Good Price.
This is a very nice monitor – especially for the price. I’ve been a serious photographer for over fifty years, and while I’m not a professional, I occasionally shoot and post-process on deadline, and consistent color is a requirement. This ASUS monitor replaces an NEC LCD 2490WUXi that I purchased in May 2009 for $1,095 – which was a good price for a highly rated monitor. Sadly, after 11 ½ years of use, the NEC was showing its age and I started to see inconsistencies across the screen. This wasn’t burn-in from command bars and other application-related artifacts; they were irregular darker areas. Age spots, perhaps? Both the NEC and this monitor have native resolutions of 1900 x 1200 pixels and the screen sizes are almost the same – so I’m still getting the same photo editing look and feel – but in a $200 monitor. If I was doing a lot of video and audio processing, the 27” model’s extra real estate would be a plus. As for the new monitor’s performance after a few days: I’m very pleased. I ran a calibration with a DataColor SpiderX Pro and the result was 97% sRGB. That was based on the “Standard” mode setting – where you have access to the contrast and brightness controls. Some might complain (actually, they have complained) about that, but I think 97% is too close to the advertised 100% results to worry about. When I did another calibration using the sRGB mode the result was 96% sRGB. I was expecting a little less using an ASUS special mode. To make a digital photography analogy; calibrating on Standard mode is like using RAW – and the other modes are like using preset JPEG. For the price, and even for $100 more, I don’t think you’ll do better.

For what it is, it's fantastic
For a first time monitor this is pretty great (coming from using a 15" ips laptop monitor for photo editing). Moderately budget friendly, if you feel insecure about color calibration and want something guarenteed accurate right out the box. This has great colors, although if you're doing work involving dark colors make sure to switch between sRGB mode and Standard mode if you feel some things are blown out, or look at it from another display like a phone; gamma on this panel technology just isn't as good as an oled, period, but it's good as it gets for an ips. Didn't have to adjust a thing. Gaming on it is achievable, however it is a 60 hz panel; you may feel you're missing out of you've tried 144hz and up, so keep that in mind. In a room with lots of natural light coming in, the panel doesn't get bright enough without needing to manually turn it up, but again that's just the nature of an ips panel. The overall design is gorgeous and modern. The panel itself has a sleek and sharp modern chassis, and the base stand make me feel i shouldn't get a 3rd party arm stand. Black and gray, fit very nicely the boxy design sits best with the very thin bezels. If you come from a monitor with moderately sized bezels, this will continually blow you away. A solid 8.9/10

Asbolutely satisfied with this monitor
I've had two of these monitors for almost two years now and they are the best monitors purchased to date. I like ASUS products and have had ASUS motherboards with great success with their products. I started with looking at 4k and even 2k monitors. Since it's more for home use there is no interest in spending that much on 4k monitor at this time. While searching this monitor came up and peaked interest. It's 16x10 which at first wasn't big on but in digging deeper and measuring compared to some of the other standard 1920x1080 it offered additional horizontal screen size. It is also the perfect size for the space it is used. A 27" was really too big for this particular application. This fits two nicely in the space. They do rotate so you can do landscape or portrait depending on preference or it comes in handy if adjusting/connecting cables. It also adjusts up and down on the base making the bottom of the screen itself approximately 7" above the surface. it has 2 usb 3.0 ports on the left side. It comes with audio, display port and HDMI cables. The screen is amazing from my point of view. Around the top and sides there are practically no bezels. The bottom of the monitor has ruler type markings. Those aren't really used but may be of interest to some. As stated it's been a great monitor so far. Turning it on is a little different from experience since it doesn't seem to be "instant on." it displays the ASUS logo for a couple seconds before showing the computer desktop. I'm not a gamer so cannot speak to that aspect. All in all a great monitor for a great price if you're looking to get a little more screen landscape and quality display.

It works, it was easy to setup, it has excellent color and works better that previous units.
I have now had the new monitor in use for a few months and it still offers quality and function. It works well in the two monitor setup I use and was a seamless install as much of newer equipment thankfully is.

**My Awesome New ASUS 24.1-inch Monitor**
I recently upgraded to the ASUS 24.1-inch monitor, and wow, it’s been a game-changer for both gaming and working from home. My old monitor is officially retired, and this new one has blown me away. **Build Quality** This monitor looks and feels amazing. It’s sleek, sturdy, and fits perfectly on my desk. It’s like having a stylish new gadget that makes my workspace look cooler. **Performance** The 1920 x 1200 resolution is fantastic. The colors are bright and the details are super clear, making everything from work tasks to gaming look great. Plus, the brightness is just right, so no more eye strain during those long hours in front of the screen. **Ease of Use** Setting it up was a piece of cake, even for someone like me who isn’t super tech-savvy. The menu is easy to navigate, and the ASUS ProArt features let me tweak the colors and settings without any hassle. **Connectivity** This monitor has all the ports I need: DisplayPort, HDMI, and USB 3.0. It’s super flexible, so I can easily connect my laptop, gaming console, and other devices without any problems. **Ergonomic Design** The adjustable stand is a lifesaver. I can set the monitor to the perfect height and angle, which has really helped with my posture. No more hunching over or neck pain after long sessions at my desk. **Versatility** As a student, I also use this monitor for reading books and documents. The 16:10 aspect ratio is great for viewing content vertically, so I can read long texts without having to scroll constantly. It’s like having a mini library on my desk! **Value for Money** For the quality and performance it offers, this monitor is definitely worth the price. It’s been an excellent investment and has exceeded my expectations in every way. **Recommendation** If you’re looking for a monitor that’s versatile and enhances productivity, gaming, and reading, I highly recommend the ASUS 24.1-inch. It’s reliable, well-designed, and delivers top-notch performance for all kinds of tasks. You won’t be disappointed!

Excelente monitor profesional y juego casual
