My hair and nails are a mess due to hyperthyroid. I have only used 1 month, but hair is better, growing back on the sides, and condition feels better. My nails take forever to grow, but I do see less ridges, hopefully when they finally grow out, they won't be paper thin anymore! I bought the small concentrate, because you only take 1/2 a tsp, and I didn't want a big bottle sitting around if I didn't use it. Well, I just started my 2 bottle and will continue for 90 days as recommended. No negative effects, easy to take and very hopeful of results. Also helps your skin and supposedly joints, I have a bad knee and will try anything to avoid surgery. I seem to be taking less Tylenol and understand there is a gel form of this and will order that to try on my knee. I only have good things to say about this product !!

2024 This doesn't taste horrible but it does taste faintly of dirt. Easy to measure into a shot glass with the pour squirt thing on the bottle. I had a ganglion cyst sitting on my wrist for a little over two years. It was huge and ugly but not painful. I started drinking a tablespoon of this silica water each day because my hair was falling out. Within three days my cyst started healing up. After a week it's been reduced by more than half. Could be coincidence. My hair is still falling out. Update*** December 2024 Have bought several bottles of the mineral based living silica water and have seen good results in further healing. My ganglion cyst is almost invisible although there is a remaining bump I can feel. It went from the size of a shooting marble about and inch across, to the size of a bb. Unfortunately when I reordered this last time I was sent the plant based living silica water instead. It is in a green bottle rather than a blue but otherwise looks the same. Unfortunately I cannot tolerate the plant versions ingredients (which is why I ordered the mineral based version). My mother and daughter will drink it and I will try and reorder again. Hopefully this time the correct product will be sent. This product is very expensive but when sent the correct bottle it is worth it to me. It is supposed to help with the bodies ability to remove aluminum. My daughter doesn't like the taste but can tolerate it in hot chocolate. She has been much calmer since drinking it each day and she seems motivated to make sure she has it. My mother has also seen benefits in healing. We are all consuming one tablespoon each day.

This is interesting… I’ve been drinking this Silica for 2.5 weeks. My nails were breaking. I thought well the heats on in the house, just drying out some. This went on for just over a week. His morning, I looked at my finger nails, I felt all 10, my nails ate strong. Here’s the thing that I’m most interested in, all of my fingernails, the half moon ( white part) is growing in! I truthfully haven’t seen them since I was a youth. My thumb nail moons are fully showing and my nails are shiney, almost buffed in appearance,. I started on this product for stronger bones. Easy to take. No taste or odor. I have used this product before. Not sure of effectiveness as results would be subtle, but I believe it is a good product from a good company. I know it is important for good health.

I returned from a trip to Iceland and wanted to recreate the moisturizing effects on my skin that their natural environment provides. After doing some research, living silica seemed to the the key. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and notice that my cuticles are softer and my skin needs fewer reapplications of moisture throughout the day (I'm 53). I do take double the dose, so that should be noted. I am definitely pleased with adding this to my routine!

All I know is that when I take this regularly - my skin glows. I wake up in the morning and look in the mirror and my skin is so much calmer looking. I suffer from rosacea and have finally found a topical product to control the rosacea acne. But nothing to really help with the underlying redness. But I am not absolutely sure if this form does help you detox the heavy metals. There are so many different forms and it is very confusing! I really hope it is doing that too. I always figure if you take a supplement and you start to look healthier as well as feeling healthier, seeing that is probably is a pretty good indication that it is doing something good for your body or helping your inflammation etc. When I don’t take this I absolutely notice that the benefit goes away. I usually do double the dose and take 2 tablespoons In the morning before my coffee. I have a small shot glass with tablespoons and ounces marked on the side and that’s what I use to measure and take this. I found I was spilling and losing a lot of the very expensive product when I was trying to pour it into a tablespoon measure and take it from that. Just FYI, when I am tighter on funds, I do the regular dosage of 1 tablespoon. That still works but I notice a difference when I double the dose. I have re-ordered this many times and been taking it on and off for a couple of years. I just re-ordered again after having not taking it for several months in the middle of the pandemic, and I can totally see a difference in my skin again so I figured I would finally write a review. I am still in search of making sure I take a good silica for heavy metals detox but I’m very happy with the skin benefits of this product.
