These are super easy to swallow, just two capsules a day, and they’ve really helped keep me regular. The capsules don’t have a bad taste, just a light earthy flavor if you happen to notice it, and no lingering aftertaste. Loving this stuff so far! I am 39 years old, going through perimenopause, and hormonal acne that I can’t even begin to describe how horrible it has been mentally and physically. I do tend to suffer from constipation from time to time and I eat pretty healthy, I have been going more regularly now and my hormonal swings have gotten so much better! Definitely give this a try, it has no bad taste! I only have an after photo because I gave up on giving before and after pictures, but before this photo, it was an explosion of cystic acne, puss like pimples, finally clearing up and looking 100 times better

So...I couldn't decide how I felt after a couple months with these. I didn't feel the drastic difference I was hoping for and the pills are large to swallow and not the cheapest...so I thought I'd try a different product. Well, I realized how much this helped once I was off of it. I do feel a less bloated and less constipated taking 2 of these a day. Overall, I'd say these are worth it for me.

I like that this fiber is derived from vegetables. Although it seems pretty pricey to me. I've found that it works really well. But I've had to dial in the dosage for what works for me. The instructions recommend to start with 1 per day for a few days, and them gradually add one for a few days until you work up to three per day. Personally, three per day was like that old SNL skit, Colon Blow. Too much! After some trial and error I found that one per day, occasionally taking two every 3-4 days, is the right amount for me. It's not a very big pill, so doesn't seem like a lot of fiber, but I'm amazed how much one per day aids my digestion.

Really helps in getting my daily fiber and helps me to not over eat. Awesome ingredients.

The vitamin small is really strong. Don’t recommend it it if sensitive to smell and/or swallowing big pills. The bottle suggests to open cap and put in water, but the smell was worse.

I can never get enough fiber in my diet so I bought these hoping they would help and they did nothing. The pills were HUGE and had an awful taste that would make me gag every time I /tried/ taking them. The recommended dose is 3 pills which for how big these pills are I ended up just tossing them.

It works for me. Helps me with my digestive system.
