And semi-stomp walking on the treadmill seems to keep it from stopping! I guess b/c I'm not wearing shoes, the treadmill isn't sensing my walking properly. Believe me, I am not thin by any means, so it's not as if there's nobody on the treadmill. Customer Service should add this into their Troubleshooting Guide. I will add more stars if this thing last a few months.UPDATE: The company sent me a reply after a few days, which is basically 2 full pages of troubleshooting video links to watch regarding taking apart the machine. I will have to wait until I have a a free day to do this.ORIGINAL POST: I wrote customer service. Seems like a decent product, but not if I have to keep starting it literally every 5 seconds. It was immediately shutting off after 5 seconds. Consistently. I wasn’t taking heavy enough steps to keep it going and their safety feature kicked in (Because it signaled that no one was walking on it!). Anyway. Works fine now that I know that.
