Farmhouse Biscuits Gluten Free Cookies Selection - Choc Chip & Hazelnut, Lemon & White Choc Chip and Oat & Cranberry

I did these biscuits an injustice in my first review of them as when the packet was delivered all the biscuits in the three boxes were broken and I was disappointed as I had family visiting. However, the pieces from each box were produced and disappeared in seconds as they were so delicious - so all I can say is that next time I order them the packet I hope they will not have been dropped or crushed!

Delicious cookies! All were tasty but the choc chip was particularly delicious. It’s hard to find gluten-free treats that doesn’t taste odd or extremely dry/cardboard like. However these were a lovely treat and shared with some colleagues who all thought they were tasty as well. So a big thumbs up from me, would definitely recommend.

The 3 packages came, wrapped together in clear film & then boxed with a sheet or two of the ubiquitous amazon brown paper. Two of the 3 packs were 100% whole & lovely, i would recommend them. Unfortunately the third, the lemon (my reason for purchase) did not survive the trip so well. Even though it was the middle of the three packages. The trouble is i think with the biscuit itself. It is the crumbling type, dustier & i imagine even whole the type you can end up coughing after. i think even a parcel well treated (& this box was in perfect condition) the lemon biscuit is a crumbling risk. Maybe they need the bubble wrap not the brown paper????? The price was not bad & convenience was necessary at that time & i know as a long time coeliac that consistencies are hard. Thing is the other 2 are more like a cookie type which seem to travel better & were of a much nicer experience. This is coming from someone whose ideal biscuit is viennese (sorry no spellcheck). Maybe the seller swapping out the lemon for another more cookie type might work. For the price & the chance the lemon might make it ????? Maybe go for it. i was visiting family in tiny seaside town this was the only real option.
