Should i use this dry hair or damp hair or i can use in both dry and damp?

I think it just means you are more likely to be able to grow your hair long if you use this product. The truth is, if you want long hair you should stop using chemicals and stop straightening it every day as those things do the most damage to hair.

Can you use after styling hair
